should i be lifting heavier on 500mg/w Test E

currently i curl 30lb dumbells 60 barbell on biceps. will testosterone allow me 2 lift heavier or should i be lifting heavier anyways to gain more ?
 
Research buddy... Do some research... Your not ready for gear if your only worried about what your curling... What a joke...

Have you heard of progressive tension overload? Mastering basic lifting principles comes before all this.

And why do you use biceps curls as your measure of strength? Do you do squats/ deadlifts?
 
Aside from the obvious which the other posters have covered for me. AAS = more protein synthesis into muscle = greater accumulation of muscle = greater strength gains. (This is provided your diet is in check and you know how to lift properly.)

i do not do squats or deadlifts because i do not see the result or benifit it would do me ?

Deadlifts are probably the most beneficial lift you will ever do in a gym. They build up almost every single muscle in your body synergistically as well as GREATLY increasing core strength. This post tells me that you're not ready for gear yet.
 
i have to agree with halfwit , if u dont realy understand how to train and are looking just for an easy way out , u are wrong man , and arent ready for aas . if u havent seen results from those exercises yet its either because u dont do them enough , hard enough , or havent been working out long enough , those are great compound exercises with huge benefits . u need to learn to train and eat before u use gear
 
U should ONLY be doing the basics if your looking for size and strength. Squats, deadlifts, dips, benches, military presses, and chins. Those are the basics. Forget curls and gear. Work on that first...
 
i know my way around the gym the problem is i dont go to the gym i workout from home. i have bench press and dip machine and all those core eccersize machine you would normally buy ffor your home.

i eat 6-8 small meals and never bloat
i train 45-60min a day on each body part
15 min dedicated to warm up
most liekly 20-40 min of strength training
iv seen results but i dont have the means of seeing results for a deadlift. my floor will not stand the pressure 1, and 2 , if i do go about doing deadlifts what will i gain from it. my body is suposed to grow not only my legs.

so i would be doing tuesday,friday(bicep,back)
wednsday,saturday (tricep,legs)
thursday,sunday(chest,"abs")

im not traditional i just cant do triceps with my chest.

i get good rest 7-8 hours minimum

You can't go to a gym? Im sure there are hot chicks there too, besides getting pumped you can make some lady friends...
Deadlifts and squats are the king of mass and strength... I used to hate doing legs and once I got squats right I love them. You know really quick even with light weight that Squats and Deads work when you try to put some jeans on and notice it aint going to work.
 
I really hope you have not started this cycle yet. You need to know how to train. Watch some videos on youtube.
