should i cut up or keep lean bulk or recomp

All i really want to know is what u guys think my bodyfat is hovering around as i am going to continue to lean bulk
U guys think i am staying relatively lean while bulking?
Diet i am still sticking with high protein ( roughly around 350g protein ), high fat, low carbs and when i do take in my carb source its only pre/post workout
Just me but i feel better on lower carbs since i am laid off anyways so my actively level before the gym is not the same as when i was a mover obv

damn the only girls I ever let around my acne where my sisters, I would never let my lady see those. Just saying :)

Matt....could you post up your training regimen? Workouts/sets/reps?

I have a theory. I know diet is 70% of your results, and I won't tell you your diet sucks because I've seen pics of your meal prep and whatnot and it actually looks pretty solid. But From what I've seen in the last couple years with your threads it seems your training is not conducive to hypertrophy. You seem to be most concerned with physique rather than strength but your videos and what I've heard tell me your training is more strength oriented. Heavy deadlifts for 2 reps, setting PR's on bench for 1-3 reps, etc. Your muscles are pretty firm and dense, which is normal for strength trainers, but I think you'll get more size from a routine more revolved around hypertrophy. Less weight, more reps, strict form, TUT, etc.

I started really growing when I swallowed my ego and dropped all my lifts and focused on all the important factors for growth. Plus my joints feel much better as well.

Ya know looking at the very last photo here I started wondering the same, in regard to your workouts. I want to encourage you as much as I can and it seems you are pretty dedicated. However I must say maybe your growth for size is a little slow.

Matt you know it isn't gear and from what you say and others comment your diet is prob good. So what is left except for rest and I don't think that's it. IT's got to be training.

The pictures aren't good for an accurate critique and some pictures by someone photographing you with a few simple poses would make a world of difference. I am open to PM talk and photos if you don't want more public photos, Just saying. I don't know you as maybe I should ON HERE, but I would like to access knowing more like how many years total consistent training and how many years training using AAS of course with some stats.

You might not want to talk PM or otherwise about my Q's and hat's cool. But the straight up answer to the Thread Q's is BULK.

Matt do you have a good partner?.

Just gonna keep bulking till i reach my goal weight 260 then chop from there so however long it takes to reach that weight ill keep pushing away

This might give u a better idea mike
Pics were taking when i first started at gym in 2012
And 2 months sober from alc and drugs
And no not affraid to post up these pics lol

Now put an old 'before' next to a recent one bro

Yes ^^^. Ha You've done a good job in so far as you were in just horrible shape. But I'm trying to judge your progress over time. Where you have gotten after 4 years.

So now show a full body of present shape.

Matt I'm here to help :)

Matt is a beast! I accredit our brother here with the most is that he has kept it consistent for a long time. I would rather be that way and have a good 30 40 50 years ahead of me than blow up fast and only have 10 or 15 years ahead of me? Chicks like muscles but not too much of it, trust me.
