Shoulder Pain

Hi, i trained Biceps yesterday with this routine

Sitting Curls 4 sets 10,8,6,4
Pretcher Curls 10,8,6,4
Machine Curls 6,6

I have woken up this morning with sore biceps :), but also i have sorness just 2 the left and right of my neck in the traps area. I was going 2 train shoulders 2mrw(Friday) do u think it is wise 2? thanks inadvance Neil
 
your a mess man .. jk if your workouts are hurting so bad drop the intensity for a week or two let your body get back into the groove of things.. better to train like a pussy for a week or two than get hurt and not train for a year ya know... think of it as a marathon.. you wouldnt just sign up and run a marathon if all you've done is sat on a couch for two months straight.. just light weights high reps tear your muscles that way.. the up the weight when your body gets comfortble to the lifting
