Hi, i trained Biceps yesterday with this routine
Sitting Curls 4 sets 10,8,6,4
Pretcher Curls 10,8,6,4
Machine Curls 6,6
I have woken up this morning with sore biceps
, but also i have sorness just 2 the left and right of my neck in the traps area. I was going 2 train shoulders 2mrw(Friday) do u think it is wise 2? thanks inadvance Neil
