Simple first cycle (Test E)

Weeks 1-12 500mg Test E (250mg Tues/Fri)

For 10 days after last pin, HCG 500iu ED

14 days after last pin, Clomid 50mg ED for next 4-6 weeks

Nolva on hand just in case.

How's that sound? How much Nolva should I keep on hand?

I'm still up in the air on HCG. I see it being noted as 'not necessary, but better' for a simple Test cycle, but I also see Cobra recommending it for every cycle.

How do you know how long to continue the Clomid?
 
just run the clomid at a minimum of 4 weeks....I will let others comment on the hcg as you already know what I think....and as for nolva...that is only for post cycle therapy (pct) bro....you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) such as aromasin for estro control during cycle

everything else looks good though
 
So, no Nolva since I have Clomid for post cycle therapy (pct). I thought I had read that Nolva was good to keep on hand in case of symptoms of gyno.

Should Aromasin be used during the entire cycle? Also through all of PCT? And how much is a dose?
 
Whatever Cobra thinks on HCG is the way to go. I like during entire shabang as well.

Nolva is old school for gyno during cycle. Save it for post cycle therapy (pct) since you already have it. I just do clomid.

I like aromasin as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I take it entire cycle for bloat, less test turns into estro and gyno if you get it. 12.5 mgs eod.
 
If your just using nolva during cycle for gyno just get aromasin. Use nolva for post cycle therapy (pct). You can run nolva and clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) but it's not necessary for test only cycle IMO.

nolva is a serm not an anti estrogen...so it wont really do shit for estrogen...run your aromasin at 12.5mg/ed...you can start it at the beginning or you can start it when you see signs of gyno....once you start run it to the end of pct

It seems that Clomid should be fine for post cycle therapy (pct) without Nolva.

Adding HCG to the entire cycle really bumps the price up which is making me reconsider it for the full run with just a Test cycle. I would definitely use it for 10 days before post cycle therapy (pct) though.

thats fine too bro...just remember that the first shot of test is going to shut you down...strongly consider it for every cycle after this
 
Yes you should use the hcg. Is a bad idea to not use it. There's nothing more to say about it.

I would use both clomid and nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) as they both act in different ways.

As far as cost go, hcg is not very expensive at all and it increases your chance of a fast recovery. As soon as you start using AAS, your body stops sending a lh signal to the testes so you shut down. At the end of a cycle, you use serms to get your body to start sending the signal again and for your testes to accept the signal. Just because your pituitary is sending the signal does not mean testes will accept it. Hcg is essentially a lh signal so even though your not naturally signaling, the hcg is used as a replacement. Why let your testes remain dormant when you don't have to. The blast at the end basically prepares the testes to be ready to accept the lh signal when the body starts producing one again.
 
Well, I was originally expecting just a Test E cycle to be just under $200 for the gear. With full HCG and Aromasin, this is where it sits:

Total is $308 at this point.

I might be able to pull one Clomid off. That's enough to do over 8 weeks, but I want to be sure I've got enough to do up to 6 weeks if necessary.

I pulled the pic. Didn't think it would be a big deal since there was no way to know where it's from unless you already know.

And yeah, I didn't expect cheap like picking up some Superpump or anything, but damn.

I was glancing at some of the pre set cycles available for purchase and I'm seeing stuff in the $1k range. Crazy.

I guess I just need to really want it. :P

ya I dont know if that pic would have caused any problems or not but its better to err on the side of caution....no biggie...
anyway ya you are really gonna have to want it lol

I know about those pre packaged cycles...dont go that route...gear doesnt depict your gains like food does...you will see when you run this test cycle..make sure you eat right or nothing will happen lol
 
Oh, I have no plans to do a premade cycle. I was just amazed at some of the prices on them.

So, to double check:
Weeks 1-12 500mg Test E (250mg Tues/Fri)
Weeks 1-12 500iu HCG (250iu twice a week)
Weeks 1-18 (through PCT) 12.5mg Aromasin ED

For 10 days after last pin, HCG 500iu ED

14 days after last pin, clomid 50mg ED for next 4-6 weeks

Should HCG be pinned on the same day at Test? Should it be twice a week or just do the full 500iu once a week?

By the way, thanks for the patience Cobra and everyone else. I know there are numerous threads just like this one posted all the time.

Run HCG the last 2 weeks of cycle + 2 weeks after last shot, 500iu E3D, 5000iu total. Running HCG the whole cycle will desensitize your hpta and hurt recovery. Nolva for 4 weeks is absolutely fine for PCT after HCG. This PCT is enough even after a 1000mg cycle.

Also, keep letro or another Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and nolva on hand incase gyno occurs (which it more then likely won't).

why do u have to keep running the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) once u start it ?
