absolutely sir!!! drug addicts get all those track marks from poor sanitation when injecting and other chemicals that are used to cut the drugs they use...Noone gets track marks from IV dilaudid at the hospital because proper sterile technique is used...most of the time... :) a pack of 500 alcohol swabs is only like $4!!!!!!!!! your body is worth it...definately swab thew tops of reusable vials and never reuse the alcohol swabs...one per job...never reuse needles even if they arent going in your body....

I think i would reconstitute with 20mls of bacteriostatic sterile water though because then you would have 250iu/ml and 1ml is a lot easier to measure than .1ml!!!!!! If tou had a bunch of 1ml syringes i guess it wouldnt be to bad but most have either 3ml or 5ml and it is not accurate enough for .1ml increments....this way if you use 20ml's or 19ml's if thew hcg comes with 1ml of solvent then you have a much easier time measuring and more accurate dosing as a result....
 
or you could even do 10ml's and the you would have 250iu/.5ml which is still doable with a 3 or 5ml syringe...

there are a few things wrong with this post...

first of all track marks come from injecting in the same place to often....after you pull an iv you cant tell me there isnt a mark....I know there is...I have inserted and pulled many....and when I get blood work done there is always a mark where the needle stuck me....this is why drug addicts will inject in their hands and feet

and as far as mixing goes...holy shit bro that is way to much bac water....less volume is the way to go....mix your 5000iu with 2ml of bac water and then each 20 mark is 250iu....so at the 40mark you have 500iu.....or if you really want to make it easy then why not just do 5ml of bacwater per 5000iu that way each ml is 1000iu and a half a ml is 500iu...It doesnt get any easier than that!

ya i suppose 5ml would work best....i just think measuring .1ml's with a 3 or 5ml syringe is not very accurate....unless maybe an insulin syringe was used....

Yes your right that the needles and plastic catheters from IV's cause "marks" but not track marks that run down your veins and arms! Im not talking about the injection sites because that a whole other issue and your right they do become infected from using the same spot too much...Im taking about the black lines that you will see running down some addicts arms and that is caused from various cutting agents in the drugs and not using proper sterile procedure...

well even in a 3ml syringe 1/2ml will be 500iu if mixed with 5ml...

and Ive had quite a bit of experience in the drug addict field and Ive never seen black lines...that I think would be on some very very severe addicts lol....track marks in my book are injection sites that are easily noticable and in various locations

well im a FNP and i used to work at a rehab center in my area and believe me....they get BAD!!!!!! their veins will almost look like the have a blackish/blue cover around them....

do you work in the med field or just know friends that used?
 
some people i have seen actuall take fentanyl patches and mix the gel with vinegar and put it into their vein...think of what that is going to do to the endothelium of the vein?!?! erosion comes to mind :) blood pH is around 7.35-7.45 in a normal adult...vinegar has to be around 3!!!!!!
 
ive seen a lot in the past 2 years and thats why i always try to get people to use the best technique and equipment for anything and everything...just like i do for my patients, friends, family, co workers...

Nasty,

I would suggest looking into NTBM products (HCGenerate, Unleashed & Post Cycle) so that u dont have to inject HCG & also not deal with the side effect of your PCT meds. Just a suggestion.
 
Would there be any downside to starting 500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) weekly at the third week?

The reason I ask is that to do a 12-week cycle, I would need 11000iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) total. With Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) coming in 5000iu vials, I hate to purchase an entire 5000iu just to use 1000iu of it. I'd rather not keep it in the fridge for a while until another cycle. Plus, I figure if it has to be refrigerated, it's probably much more perishable than non-refrigerated injectables.

I'm getting ready to order everything and I'm pretty excited. Just wanted to throw that question out there before I commit.

Also, another question about needles. I plan to pin Test and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in the same syringe so I only have to pin twice a week. Can someone explain this process a bit? Does the needle need to be changed after drawing Test before drawing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)? Or is it not a big deal if a tiny big of the compounds mix? I understand the process of drawing one compound, but is there anything special about pinning two at once? Do you pull air in to the syringe ahead of time that equals the total of both compounds you will draw? Like, if I'm drawing 1mL of Test and 0.5mL of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) mixture, is 1.5mL of air pulled in and then each compound drawn?

the down side of starting in your third week is that your letting your testes shut down...its harder to get them back up and running again and the least time shut down the better.

as far as the two compounds in one....realize that water doesnt mix with oil and you are going to get alot of bubbles...those bubbles dont mean shit though...it is fine. Draw up your test and then draw up your Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or visa versa....just make sure when you draw up the second compound you pay attention to how much you are pulling out....you dont have to be deadly accurate with the dosages. You can also try backloading...You dont have to pull up air in the syringe....you can inject some air into the vial to give it some pressure to make it draw into the syringe easier

Herp. That's what I meant about drawing air in. Forgot to mention injecting it into vial.

Thanks for the info. I'll get the extra vial of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) then. I'm actually going to be cycling with a friend so maybe we'll just split the extra vial since we only need 1000iu each out of it.

Also, I will be away from home for two weeks during my cycle. I see that unused Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) should be refrigerated after being mixed, but this won't be an option for me while I'm away. Any tips? I'm trying to figure out a way to only mix as needed, but I assume that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in dry form cannot be removed from the vial in increments?

You can't split a vial without mixing it.....and after its mixed what's the point of splitting it? If your gonna be gone for 2 weeks then just hit 2000 when you get back and continue as normal

A buddy of mine is going to cycle with me and we're going to split a vial of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to make up for the extra 1000iu that each of will need for 500iu/week (12 weeks) and 500iu ED for 10 days after last Test pin. That's 11000iu and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is 5000iu vials.

I'm just checking to see if what I posted would be the proper way to split a vial of HCG. Mix, draw half, inject into sealed sterile vial.

And thanks for the info about skipping the two weeks and catching up when I'm back. I will have already had a few weeks of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) before I leave.

Yup then that's how you would split it but don't do it until your ready too
