Day 74

Went in and did legs last night. The guys I have been working out with do things a little differently than Im used to but I think it can be effective. they are into the higher rep range which gives me a whole different burn than what Im used to.

I dont recall the weight but it wasnt much. It was still tough though because my legs were super pumped from the hack squats. I could barely extend them all the way.

day 74

I did shoulders tonight. Nothing really new to report. I'm still getting stronger and having good pumps and motivation. I did, however, try to talk some sense into some guy tonight. We got on the subject of aas and he said he was taking dbol by itself. I preached to him how needed to have a test base. I can tell by his demeanor that he didn't want to believe what I was telling him. He'll figure it out when his dick isn't working in a few weeks.

Day 78

Did chest over the weekend. Ive been working out with the local bbers and theyve got me doing a higher volume than Im used to. I think its good to mix it up because my workouts havent had much variety. i havent checked my weight in a few days so Im not really sure where Im at. I dont think Im over 260 yet but probably around 257-258.

Hey Snake, just wondering, what is your diet like on a typical day?

most days it looks something like this

Meal 1- 8AM
-8 egg whites 4 whole eggs
-two pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and reduced sugar jelly
- a banana

Meal 2 - 10AM
- Protein shake w/ water
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Meal 3 - 12PM
- 8 oz ground chicken or chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal or brown rice

Meal 4 -2PM
- Protein shake
- 1-2 tablespoons of PB

Meal 5 - 4PM
- 8oz ground chicken or lean ground beef
- 1 cup of veggies
- an apple

Meal 6 & 7 - Pre and post workout
- Protein Shake w/ 35 grams of dextrose, creatine, and bcaas

Meal 8 - 7-8PM
- 8oz chicken breast
- 2 slices of toast with peanut butter or 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup veggies

I also snack on almonds here and there throughout the day and Ill sometimes have some more chicken for a 9th meal. it depends how late it gets.
 
thanks man. Im hoping I can maintain most of it when I come off. I need to look into SARMS to bridge in between cycles. Do you know much about using them?

yeah, a few times. never bridged with them but i got good results just running them so i'm sure they are a good bridge. Osta is great!

yeah I keep hearing good things about Osta. I think if i do it i will wait 4-6 after post cycle and then run it for a month or two and then take a few more weeks off and then start my next cycle. it will be hard to compare to my recent gains but any little will help keep me motivated.
 
how can u make your protein shakes with water? That never tasted good to me at all.

i just chug it and dont even think about it. when i used Optimum Nutrition protein it didnt taste bad at all. I use myofusion now and its a little thicker so its an odd consistancy. i know guys who will just dump powder straight in their mouth and chase it with water. i havent gotten to that extreme yet.

Day 81

Lifted legs last night. Overall it was pretty good. I dont know if its the way these guys lift or its just in my head but I feel like Im losing strength even when Im putting up heavier weight. It's a weird feeling. I dont feel strong but I still am. These guys have me doing some lifts I normally wouldnt and my normal lifts are being done in the higher rep range so that could be part of it. In a couple of weeks Ill drop back down in reps and see where Im at on my big 3 lifts.

495x1+1 forced - the second time i was able to get back up with it and forced a second rep with the assistance of my spotters.
