Nothing new to report other than my foot really hurts. It didn't seem bad over the weekend but now there is a very sharp, constant pain. I think I may have either broken/chipped some of the bone or I tore the tendons in my ankle. Im holding off from a doctor because I know there isn't much that can be done about it. it felt better today than it has the rest of the week so I'm just going to see how it goes through the weekend.

Ill probably go in again on sunday and do some more trap/shoulder work. Probably just lateral raises/shrugs and not presses.

I did some deadlift too since I had the bar loaded up from shrugs. I kind of just wanted to see if i would have any trouble with my foot but once i started i was feeling really strong and tried maxing out. needless to say it didnt bother my foot at all. I was able to roll off 500 5 times and got 545 and 565 once. i tried for 585 and got it off the ground but couldnt get it past my shins.

Day 57

Just thought id give an update from the weekend. I went in and did bis and tris on saturday and took sunday off. Only things worth mentioning is that I was able to close grip bench 355 1 time. thats about the same amount i was benching prior to my cycle.

My foot is starting to feel better. Ive tried doing some no-weight squats and it pulls pretty tight through my achilles so ill probably hold off on squat for another week or two. Instead Ill throw in deadlift on leg day since I dont seem to have any problems with that.

I also received some peptides courtesy of Labpe. As soon as I get some more slin pins in I will be starting CJC and Ghrp-6. I believe the standard protocol for these is 100mcg 3 times a day. Ive got enough to run for 50 days i think so it should be able get me through the end of my cycle, which ive decided to stretch out to 15 weeks. Im just going to finish off my last vial.
 
Day 57

I did chest tonight and decided to drop the reps and go heavy. I worked out with a couple of guys who got me pumped to do a lot of weight. One is an amateur natural bodybuilder and the other use to do powerlifting. Both were full of good advice. Overall I felt really good about my bench press tonight, except that the guy I was lifting with was repping 455 like it was nothing....so my 435 didn't seem as impressive. Regardless, we both got a lot of people to stop what they're doing and watch. I also weighed in at 255 today which is a new high for me. I've started to eat more and I've been throwing in a couple more shakes. I've been trying to avoid them for as long as possible but I've been stalled at 250 for almost a month so I need the easy protein.

Day 59

I tried to do legs for the first time in two weeks. Overall it wasn't bad but still not great. I did deadlift instead of squat because it doesn't give me problems with my foot. Leg curls didn't bother me but extension and calf raises don't feel good. The problem with extensions is that my leg is bruised up into my shin so it hurts when anything touches it. Weight has been between 254-255 the last 3 days so I think I'm holding steady there. I pinned cjc/ghrp 3 times today. Its hard to tell if it's it my head or not but my 8 egg whites and 4 whole eggs and oatmeal didn't seem as hard to eat this morning.I definitely get some strange cravings not long after injecting. I'm not expecting miracles from it but I think it can be beneficial in the long run.

Day 61

I worked out my shoulders and traps tonight. It was actually kind of a painful night. I had the worst lower back pain I've ever experienced. I think it was from Wednesday's deadlifts. I was good doing DB press and Arnold's but I could barely do bb shrugs because of the pain. I also took some super pump max preworkout which is a first for the cycle so I don't know if that had something to do with it.

I went in worked bis and tris on Saturday and took sunday off. Ive been pinning CJC and GHRP-6 3 times a day for the last few days. Im sleeping better and it is definitely giving me some hunger. It was kind of needed because i was stalled out at 250 for such a long time during this cycle. I was at 257 Friday night but havent weighed myself since then. All last week i was around 255 so I likely just had more water/food in me than normal. ive got 6 weeks left so i think 260 will be easy to get to. hopefully i can maintain around 250-255 when all is said and done.
 
Damn you have really been crushing it in here! The bench and deads are looking strong. The weight has really shot up nice too great log!!:beertoast

Are you running a 16 week cycle then?
 
it should be 15. I had 3 10ml vials, each lasting 5 weeks...Ive got 1ml from my second vial for thursday and then 1 more 10ml vial to finish it off....it doesnt seem long enough.

As usual I did chest on Monday. Nothing too exciting about it. I did have two guys tell me yesterday that I was looking a lot bigger. One of the guys was a trainer at the gym and he said that it definitely hasnt gone unnoticed by people. he guessed I had put on 15 pounds since i started going to this gym in September. I just agreed with that number even though it's closer to 30 pounds, 20 of which is from the last 2 months.

Did back last night. Again nothing that exciting to report in terms of how I feel.

On a more serious side note my left delt is a little swollen from Mondays injection. It didnt bother me at all until last night. I noticed it looked a little different and it felt like a bruise when I pushed on it. Usually there is some soreness the day after but not quite like it is now. Its not severe pain, just like i got punched really hard in my delt. It's not warm to the touch but it is inflammed/swollen. not red in color either. I did everything i normally do, new needle, swab the site and let it dry, and then inject. the only difference was that I stuck it twice because i forgot to push the air out the first time. So i pulled out and pushed the air out and stuck it back in. Ill give it a couple more days and see if it subsides, otherwise Im off to the doctor.

I started pinning the delts and the day after mine don't really swell but they feel all kinds of sore and hurt when I lift my arms overhead. Hope it ends up just being more sore than normal man!
