it makes me sad that i weigh twice as much as that guy and can only do it once :(

I got 500 three times a couple weeks ago but i didnt really do any working sets up to trying it...my new goal is 600 which Im hoping i can hit on my next cycle.

i saw your video of you repping out 405 pretty easily so i dont think youll have any problems with 500 once.
 
Day 46

Bad news...last night during basketball I sprained my ankle pretty good. it swelled up instantly which leads me to believe i either severely stretched the tendons or tore them completely. I probably wont be playing basketball again any time soon...i dont know how long it will keep me from doing leg lifts. ive never sprained it this bad since ive been into heavy lifting. i guess ill have to play it by ear and just try to get it healed again.
 
Fuck man, that really sucks! You could still probably do leg extensions but thats about it. Hope it gets better quick pal.
 
Damn that sucks man sorry to hear. Do you think you'll still be able to do deads and heavy bent over rows?
 
Damn, i didn't even think about bent over rows. Having a bum leg sucks, i had knee surgery few years ago and there was a bunch of excersises i couldn't do.

its hard to say. rows might not be as bad since the weight isnt directly over my ankles. it might not be a bad idea to switch to db rows or use one of the row machines for a couple of weeks. deadlift will probably have to wait since ill be try to drive through my heels.

they sure do and they always seem to happen when you least want it to. I dont want this to hinder gains on my first cycle. Ill still go in tomorrow and do shoulders but Ill probably do a lot more seated sets.

im already walking better as the day has gone by so i think in a few days ill be walking mostly pain free. the mornings are obviously the worst because its stiff. I have a 3 day weekend coming up so i plan on doing lots of icing and rest.

I also wanted to mention that last night I had the worst night sweats ive ever experienced. I woke up several times abosuletly soaked in sweat. I had to get a towel to lay on because my sheets were so wet with sweat. It looked like a glass of water spilled on my sheets. I dont know if it's related to the inflammation in my ankle but I just thought i would mention that.

Just a quick update. I havent lifted the last two nights. I wanted to go in yesterday but I know I need to stay off my feet as much as possible for a few days. My ankle has started to bruise pretty bad but the pain is decreasing. Today I was able to move my toes really well for the first time and Im able to put a good amount of weight on it.

Im going to go in tonight and do shoulders. Ill probably do mostly seated lifts, presses, lateral raises, shrugs, etc. Tomorrow i want to go in and do some arms and maybe try some light leg curls and extensions just to get a feel for it.

I weighed in at 253 last night so im still pretty happy about that.

I went in and did shoulders this morning. My foot really isn't bothering me. It's still really bruised up but the pain is minimal. I don't think it will give me any problems with rows and I'll probably put off squat for a week before I try it out.

Day 51

I did chest and tris yesterday. overall im still holding strength pretty well. i might even be starting to gain some now. i was able to get 335 on bench 7 times which is a PR. my weight keeps floating in between 250-253. Some days im 255 at night and ive been as high as 257 after a big night of eating. I dont have the same intensity from the get go as i did with dbol but after i get warmed up a little bit it comes.

the only real sides to report of are acne on my shoulders. its not horrible but if someone one was to see it id be a good indicator im using. Im also getting some pretty good body hair growth. Im a pretty hairy guy to begin with but im noticing a lot more hair on my stomach and some on the back side of my shoulders. I havent noticed any significant hair loss. I also still have the lump from the dbol. it shrunk down in size when coming off dbol but its still there. its sensitive at times and other times it doesnt hurt at all. it also seems to change sizes because it always feels bigger in the morning and by the end of the day its about half the size.

my foot started to really hurt yesterday and Im not sure why. the swelling and bruising is starting to go down but now there is a really sharp pain on the outside of my ankle bone. Aside from lifting yesterday, i spent the entire day in bed icing and elevating it. im not sure if it will be enough to slow me down for most lifts but it will still cause problems on leg day.
