Just a quick update. I havent lifted the last two nights. I wanted to go in yesterday but I know I need to stay off my feet as much as possible for a few days. My ankle has started to bruise pretty bad but the pain is decreasing. Today I was able to move my toes really well for the first time and Im able to put a good amount of weight on it.
Im going to go in tonight and do shoulders. Ill probably do mostly seated lifts, presses, lateral raises, shrugs, etc. Tomorrow i want to go in and do some arms and maybe try some light leg curls and extensions just to get a feel for it.
I weighed in at 253 last night so im still pretty happy about that.
