Got a pretty good workout in this morning. I did legs and bis since i probably wont get an arm day in this week. tomorrow ill do shoulders and tris and then take sunday off. Weighed in at 248 this morning which means im probably 250+ by the end of the day. I figured id probably drop a few pounds after stopping dbol but Im holding pretty well. Got some quick pumps today so I assume the test is kicking in.

I dont think it will be a problem. I may have to move my legs workouts to the evenings or weekends. being awake for an hour and trying to squat 400+ pounds blows...im stiff and sore and dont really loosen up very well until about half way through my workout. I think if i would have gone in tonight instead of this morning i probably could have got 475.
 
Day 34

Today was a hell of a day. Strength hasn't fell at all since coming off the dbol. I'm still getting really good pumps too.

Day 36

I took yesterday off and Im waiting till tonight to lift. Im doing chest and Im going to mix it up again today and probably rock out 3-4 sets of 8 on bench and/or incline. I also got an update on my weight yesterday. sitting at 252. This was taken on my gfs home scale, ill check on my gyms scale tonight to see how the two compare.
 
Day 37

Well I can definitely say the test is working. I've been off of dbol for a week now and I'm still getting insane pumps. Tonight made me remember the difference between 5 reps and 8 reps...I was worn out after doing my first two working sets of bench.

Day 38

I wasnt really feeling it this morning. I was pretty sore from last night and Im really sore right now. I also didnt sleep well. I started taking 5mg of melatonin before bed. it puts me in a deep sleep for a few hours but i still wake up off and on around 3am. Ive got basketball tonight and will be taking tomorrow off.

Day 40

No gym yesterday but Im doing legs tonight. I decided that im going to start IGF des today. i meant to start last week but I just never got around to mixing it with the acid. Ill be doing 100mcg a day. not sure if im just going to workout days or just 20 days straight. also snapped some pictures last night. i feel i look a little bloated in them because i took them after eating. the lighting isnt great either but it was the best I could do on my own. Current weight is around 250

Thanks man. Ive used DES once before. its obviously not one of those things that add a lot of size but I felt it kept me leaner and fuller.

Day 40

I tore my legs up tonight. I pinned 100mcg of DES sub q prior to working out and I could definitely feel the pumps from it. My legs felt so tight after just doing warm up sets of squat. I think I'm starting to drop a little weight. I only weighed 248 tonight but I'm still eating all the time...I think I'm getting enough cals to maintain around 245-250 so I need to kick it up to keep growing...getting up to 260 by the end would be awesome.

I took the entire weekend off which i havent done since starting. I just wanted to update my lifts from friday. I havent checked my weight since Friday so no updates there. Ill try to get an update on that tonight when I go in.

The gym was crazy packed tonight and I about just left because I hate having to deal with so many people...especially the guy who won't give up the adjustable bench because he's using it to place his dumbells in between sets of lateral shoulder raises...fucking clown. anyway, weight was 253 at the end of my workout so I'm pretty excited about that.

Just starting to follow this thread, but I read through it all. Keep pushing man, you have good weight your lifting, so keep focused on the end goal and keep those clean calories coming.

Decided to mix it up today and do deadlift instead of bent over rows. i havent done many working sets of deadlift for a while so I wasnt sure how it was going to go. I think im going to switch it with bent over rows every other week just so i do it consistantly.
