So my testosterone is not recovering.. test is at 82.. normal should be 600

So I FEEL fine my sex drive is decent my erections are strong..

strength is garbage.. recovery is AWFUL and I get pain in my forarms..




thinking about going back on TRT...

I just know TRT makes my heart all fucked up so it scares me.... I get crazy amounts of heart palpitations and pain in the chest when jogging. Makes no sense at all. Cardio goes down too..

Why would TRT cause this for me? I don't understand.. no one else reports anything like this? Any ideas?

Heart palpitations: are you sure you didn't crash E2 on TRT? Did you donate lots of blood? Check your electrolytes?

Your blood is too thick. Donate or schedule regular phlebotomy. Testosterone thickens the blood and sometimes our hearts can't handle it. Very dangerous condition to put your heart in so you definitely need to monitor. Does your hematocrit look bad on trt? Guessing it does. Guessing you don't give blood? Use the lowest test dose possible ke and give blood and you should have no issues. Definitely wanna go to the doc regularly into you get it dialed in
