some pointers on thickening middle delt

hey guys. Genetically, I have have many weak points on the body which I have had to get creative in finding ways to overcome. I have been successful with everything except for one

I am having problem fully developing my shoulder. Particularly the middle delt. its weird, my front has developed very nicely, as well as the back. But the bridge between them is flat, and not round - which completely throws the proportion and shape off. If I could catch it up to to match with its buddies anterior and posterior, the entire shoulder would look way bigger if it were more proportionally complete.

Just wondering if anyone had a similar problem with this, and over came it. give me some pointers please?

Btw, this is my current shoulder routine

Sitting Military Press
Machine Lateral Deltoid Raises
Machine Reverse Flies
Hang Clean and Press
ext rotator cuff
SHrugs.

i will also mention that I cant do upright rows

thanks in advance for any advice

Well it's no wonder your front delt is developed and your middle isn't... you have 2 exercises for front but only 1 for middle, and front delts tend to already get a ton of work on chest days from every other press.

Do more of these. You can also do it with dumbbells. Up the frequency to 2 or 3 times per week and/or throw in a lot more sets.
They respond VERY quickly, delts are a small muscle group with a ton of androgen receptors. I went from non-existant to overflowing in about 3 months.
