Theses were taken the day after, about 8lbs of water heavier but still looking fairly lean. My trainer fyre has a photographer that works in her building that helped out with the show, and he offered to do these for me. Normally I hate having my pic taken, but i actually like these ones...There are around 60 pics, these are most of my favourites
For some reason they came out really dark when I uploaded them so I had to adjust them a bit. They were more clear but I had to change the format to post them

It was my first contest and I took 2nd in the heavies, everyone there including Paul Dillet thought I was robbed though... I weighed in at 180lbs, 4.5% bf on show day, just under 5'9"
