You keep saying how you never weigh yourself because you think it's irrelevant but you keep losing yourself in this fantasy of poundage of muscle.
Pounds is the only way I can think of to talk about how much muscle you actually gain so that's why I use it.
I would weigh myself but I don't have a scale. I'm going to get one though.

Na. I've got a good enough size to cycle. I am around 8%bf and that was just an estimate. What's the point in waiting anyways because you're only finding a quick way to get to your genetic limit. Waitng till then and you'll your gains when you come off surely.
if you cant eat enough to get better than that natural how are you going to eat enough not to waste a cycle.
listen you really are NOT ready to cycle , its OBVIOUS.take more time and get your diet together , hit the mod 3J up in the diet / nutrition forum and get some help .
