SP's on/off-season log

Weight 204

Semi-fasted weight; AM workout (used to be the norm but first time in a few days due to feeling like complete dogshit)

Tue - fullbody pt.3
10min cardio warmup
flat BB press - four sets
superset CGBP - three sets (stripped weight)
super-superset lying leg raise - four sets
T bar row - three sets
standing calf raise - three sets, heavy w/ slowwwww negatives
front squat - three sets
smith behind-the-neck press - three sets

Tried to keep effort below 75% (idea being to get blood into the muscles without tearing fibres [peak week])

I kind of miss cardio! Well, watching shows/movies at least...

Weight 204

Wed - fullbody pt.3
15min cardio warmup
deadlift - medium weight, no belt/straps - three sets plus one heavy single
superset decline weighted situp - four sets w/ 45lb plate
OHP - four sets
smith shrugs - three sets, end with dropset
bodyweight chest dip - three sets
cable curl - two sets
15min cardio cooldown

snowpatrol123 Thank you for sharing your log with us. Is very helpful. Your micro tracking is pretty nice. Did 3J did this for you or this is your own doing? I also like your workout program. I'm reading and reading to get ready to do my own cycle, just need to find the right legit gear. Thank you for sharing.

I did most of the planning on my own, but fortunately 3J is helping me with the final few weeks (tweaking carbs, water etc)

I can't take credit for the split workout program, it's a slightly-modified version of my old coach's bodybuilding routine...training to failure was a huge emphasis for him and remains a staple for me

Don't rush a cycle, you're doing the right thing taking your time and planning - that alone, before gear, can make a huge difference

hey Snow, when is the show I cant remember 10th -11th???

Got bored, decided to do some LISS & watch an episode of Gotham while the girlfriend went to yoga...

PM Cardio:
50min LISS - incline treadmill

Waitin for my spray tan..,I wonder if I intimidate anyone as much as these jacked fellas and ladies intimidate me right now lol

Fairly confident with conditioning - not at all with posing! Yikes...

Just eating some steak, eggs and sweet potatos...and humalog to help shuttle and humulin for the lols (not really its for the trickle)

God I'm thirsty. And my finger joints hurt...guessing the letro finally caught up.

Holy shit!!!!

Prejudging went ok, as I guessed my conditioning is on par, size is even a little big for tall physique but my posing needs a LOT of work. I'm watching the heavyweight men right now, waiting for Dennis to pose at intermission then I'm up after the figure ladies

You look good man, nice and lean and dry. Cool pic with Wolf too. Howd you do?

Unsurprisingly (to me) I didn't make the top 5...they all looked like they had a private dance class with steve cook when they were making their quarter turns and I really think that part of the presentation was an oversight on my part

I knew I needed to practice posing more but felt so goofy doing it that I put it off..almost until the last minute. I was good enough not to make a fool of myself but not look smooth and polished despite having a sufficient physique (imo)

A few other random pics before I wash this tan off... oct 12 - Imgur
