I did legs the other day and have not done squats in a long time, so I decided to start light on the smith rack. I finished legs and the next day my tailbone was sore. Now even a few days after, I was in a lot of pain and during the night I couldnt sleep well. I kept waking up because of the pain. I cant really explain what else it could be. When I tighten my glutes I feel the pain and sometimes during the day, not necessarily while sitting or anything in particular. Im just going to try some ice and maybe epsom salt bath then maybe heat. I have not done legs since then. Im totally not even sure what it is so any feedback is appreciated.
