Squaters and Big Belly's

I dont know if it's the d-bol or what. But since i started squatin heavy my belly has been pushing out. Its hard not fat but it's like parrallel with my chest, and my chest is usually extended out from my stomach.

Do you think it's the squats or the d-bols? When I look at most squatters they have big bellys not a true BBer look., some do.
 
I am a heavy squatter but I do lots of ab work to offset how much stress is put on the abs during squats. I don't have a big belly at all, I do have a huge butt from all of the squats.
 
i have a big ass and am very thick in the middle. i do heavy abs 2xw. 1 ab sesion is immediately after squats and the posterior movement that day and the other is after posterior on dead day. you can see it in myt training log.

heavy core work builds the core just like any other muscles. almost all big squatters and pullers do a lot of core work, front and back.

and not everyone holds water off dbol. not everyone gets sides off aas. some guys get sore nips from looking at a vial of test while others can do syno and leave the E in it with no probs.

I knew you would respond you love your squats. Im takin an anti-e and trying to do a little ab work but still got a little belly.

Funny you said that about the butt. My girlfriend just said Im getting a funny walk and a big butt.

I took your advice on hyperextensions and that with the ant-e should sink the belly in. What if I up the reps on my squats also?

are you holding water? hows your rings fitting, shoes?

how much dbol you taking and how long you ben on it?

you think doing abs makes them smaller? thats like saying curling makes your bis smaller.

hyper extensions wont make your belly smaller, they make your core stronger.

dont wear rings yet still a free man. my hands are no where near as swollen as drol last time. Im only holding water in the love handles and face.

Ive just about finished my 4th week of d-bol 25mg's daily, deca 400mg's and test 500mg's weekly.

Maybe the ab work is pushin out my gut then it will harden up and come back in.

Oh yeah just finished a week of letro at 1.25mg eod.
 
you missing the point dlove, ab work (any core work) makes your abs/core bigger, period. its like any other muscle. thats as plain as i can make it.

lower back, butt, abs, that's your general core which benefit from squats, and deadlifts, abwork and lower back work.
 
yeah i squat and pull heavy every week but i have a sticking point in my DL which is at the bottom so more attention focused now on hams, lower back and abs. i never did abs before or much lower back, just whatever came from DL. but i will now.

exactly..no doubt i would look better if i cut some BF but i would still be thick in the middle..
squatting will make your abs bigger plus like PB said i also do direct heavy ab work..i mena im sittng on the box with 400+on my back and pushing my abs out against a belt what do you think is gong to happen to my ab muscles? damn things are going to grwo and get bigger/stronger

if you stuck at the bottom you need to be working quads so you can break the floor with it. the others are used but primarily are focussed on the top 2/3s portion of the lift.
