i have heard um all bro. being a PLer and also a trainer i have the best of both worlds. I also have the worst of both worlds. comes down to dedication and determination ultimately. if you wanna bench 500 you can. if you wanna pull 500 you can. if you wanna squat deep you can. everything startsa with a POSITIVE idea and then it grows from there. good luck everybody and you guys clean up your weights, rule number one in the gym.
 
I try to squat as deep as possible and I go below parallel, I also squat very heavy, the benefit big legs, the only disbenefits are it is really difficult and my glutes are overdeveloped. My butt looks like a beachball. I can not find pants that fit.

I used to think I was a lost cause on squats. I had the same problem of making it look like a good morning.

I have been doing zercher squats for a LONG time now as somehow I could drop below parallel with those. Finally I tried back squats again on Monday, and lo and behold, my ass damn near touched the ground! I'm so happy I could just shit! :D
