Standing Military Press

I love doing standing overhead press. Its usually how I start my shoulder routine. I do a 5x5 or 6x6. I dont do em behind the kneck though...guess I`m 1/2 pussy!!

If you wanna go heavier you can and use a little knee bend and thrust and make it into even more of an all body excersize. Goin heavy also incorporates more of your upper pecs too.

Watch out that your not goin so heavy that you begin to arch your back alot.

I only do seated shoulder presses,no need to risk a lower back injury. And get the same results.

Train your core properly and you won't have to worry about it. Plus, there is a big difference in efficacy between seated DB and/or BB shoulder presses
