what are peoples thoughts on staying on t3 year round or say 6 weeks on 2 weeks off? Assuming your also on test year round. Seems like its the fi for a shitty metabolism

T3 year round? Hope you don't mind taking it for life... Not a good idea at all.

The thyroid recovers pretty easily and quickly. People who were treated for hypothyroidism for years and years regained previous thyroid function with 4wks or so I believe.

I will be going year round from now till I stop competitions. I have a really big opportunity coming up and I can't pass it up

Year round... not a good idea

T3 is extremely catabolic when used at effective fat loss dosages 80+mcg per day, and it can result in permanent thyroid damage

Keep it to 6-8 week runs, with 1-2 month breaks in between, for best results

I don't really understand any of this. Studies show people on t3 for 30 YEARS recovering within a couple of weeks

If you run AAS throughout you don't need to worry about the catabolism aspect and the thyroid will recover fine on its own.

Not calling anyone out; by any means - but if you're on gear and eating properly, T3 shouldn't really be needed as an on-going thing...it's definitely a good tool to have in the arsenal, but compared to cruising which is debatably necessary past a certain point, T3 shouldn't be required to maintain.

The same could be said for the gear though couldn't it?

Depends on the person I suppose. I can maintain 200 lean without gear, but I don't look great...I don't know if I could keep my current/desired 210/220 semi-permantly off-cycle though, with two jobs and other commitments. And I won't be happy at 220, since I'm already planning how to get to 230...lol. Will need exogenous assistance for that of course.

Not sure if this following sentence even makes sense to me, but: I can avoid cheeseburgers and chocolate bars though, so while I may not be able to naturally hold 220+ pounds (say 200LBM) I don't think most people -need- T3 to stay below 12% bf.

I plan on using t3 for 8 weeks in my next cycle around April. I'll be doing a short cycle of prop/tren/mast with clen and t3. Quick short-estered cycle, solid PCT and a fast recovery. Can't wait! Calorie deficit but no cardio. Let's see how good this t3 is.

ok going to cruise on test e at 250mg year round, and run 50mcg t3 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off for the rest of my life along side my cruise. Seems perfect for someone with a shitty metabolism like me. Who needs to maintain on 2k cals:( bump aswell..
