Hi bros!

I'm trying to sterilize my vials in pressure cooker. I follow all steps, after the time of sterilize the vials, but I get in the vials has water inside.

How I avoid the water entry vials?

Oven - 400 Degrees F - 1 Hour

Wash first with dish soap then follow up with 91% Iso Alcohol. Then place in oven.

Yea if I had to guess bro, he's talking about sanitizing New, unsterile vials in which his question is a valid one I'm sure others have asked as well... Since a pressure cooker doesn't have a drying cycle, like an autoclave does, assuming you are in fact using Deionized or distilled water only, (which you should def. Be) when your cycle is done, you can transfer your now sterile vials onto a cookie sheet that's also been just wiped with alcohol, put your vials upside down on the clean sterile surface and place the tray in an oven that's already been preheated to, sure, 400 will do to make certain they stay sterile and put them in for half hour or so. As long as you used distilled there should be no spots left on the surface of the vials...
