no steroied is best for getting cut over diet. aas help hold muscle while dieting, but yes some help in some cases, but its diet. I rec first cycle Tese and an ai for 12-14 weeks and PCT 2 weeks after last pin, pct: 20mg ed tamox and 35-50mg clomid clomid ed for 4-5 weeks. maybe consider HCG the last few weeks of cycle leading up to but not into PCT.

As much as I hate it, winstrol is good for cutting. Best saved for right before a show, otherwise dries you out and leads to injury.
