Steroid at 16 Yo

Hello I'm 16 and at the end of the summer I finish the stuff of one of my friend it was Anadrol-50 , I take this for 8 day at 75Mg/day
I gain 9 Lbs But I lost 9 too!
2 month after I started to be coatching , really scrict diet and good programe.
But now Its really hard to make progresse.
Do you think the 8 day I did stop my muscle groth abillity ??
Ho yes I take liver protection during with anti-estro + 2 week of tribulus after the 8 day.

2 week of tribulus.......this was supposed to be PCT.
FFS.

Your diet or training is most likly to be way off thats why you aren't making any progress.
I would recommend getting a blood test done since you didn't do PCT.
Maybe you are still shut down.
 
word of good advise,stop while your ahead...wait untill 25 years old before even thinking about using gear.IMO!:scratchhe
 
Listen kid, your balls still need to drop and your still in puberty.

Let nature take its course and if your still a skinny kid at 25 then hop on.

If not kiss your liver goodbye.

Training at that age is all about EATING. Diet is 70% Steroids are 30%.
 
Ok firts , its sure that its not my diet I eat 6 time a day 40 G of protein eatch meal (alway meat )
And for my trainning , I have a coatch and I change my programe at every 1 month and half. know i'm on a strenght trainning I have gain in strenght but I lost 10 pound of fat of the time I start my diet .
My coatch think its because I play hockey And think I should stop to care about until I stop to play hockey , He think I burn all the muscle that I build in the week when I play hockey the weekend.

WHAT A FUCKIN IDIOTTT !!! .... dude dont even think about using AAS broo ... i bet you at 16 with the time youve been working out or whateva ....... your body isnt even properly structured enough to support heavy intense training ... and your allready thinking about taking AAS ....... your test levels are allready going through the fuckin ROOOOFFFF !!!!

Your coach is an idiot. If you burns to many calories from playing hockey then you need to eat more than you burn so it is your diet. Steroids at your age will mess you up. Hopefully you don't mind having a limp dick because that's what you will end up with. You tried adrol and lost all the weight because that as a stupid cycle and you don't eat enough to maintain the weight you want to be. On adrol you gained 9lbs of water. Nothing else. I have played hokey for 28 years and it never burned up muscle. I bet you don't eat as much as you think
 
Listen kid, you took a risk coming on here and giving your age, your 16. You have so much more growing up to do, your NATURAL T levels have not even began to peak.

Like I said give it a few years, or go pick up a GNC test booster.

I'm trying to save you for the long run.
 
Bro you need to do some reading because you will continue to get flamed. I don't care what you weigh or what you think, you will do considerable harm to your body by using steroids.
 
you will fuck up your bodys development by using steroids before 20yrs (maybe even 25yrs) of age.
thats if you didnt already by wasting your time with 8 days of anadrol.

8 days shit 8 weeks is not even gonna do much for you.

you should not be using steroids.

stick ot basics.
protein, creatine and a multivitamine.
i like need2whey for protein.

sersly man you should NOT be even thinking about using ANY of this stuff.

its because YOUR NOT EATING ENOUGH!
you can think and make up what ever excuses you want to make you beleave what you want to beleve. but tha fact is your diet IS off and/or so is trainning.

and no one here is going to agree with you.
none one is going to say you should do this or that because YOU SHOULD NOT BE THINKIGN OF USING STEROIDS FOR MANY YEARS!!

what you may have done was shut your nuts down. you wont be able to grow with your own body not being able to produce its own test.
this is where you may have made the mistake.

Listen bro. When you use steroids, it shuts down you bodies natural test production. This is important for all males to have natural test but at your age is more important. Messing with that will cause you harm. Your body is making changes right now that move you into adulthood and by messing with that you could do all kinds of things.

Due to the recent number of PM's ive been receiving regarding age and steroids I thought i'd write this thread to try and help some of our younger members. Ive also been having a conversation with my Endocrinologist who may give a more profession opinion on the subject:

There isn't an exact age were we all stop developing and growing because this is determined by our genes and DNA, we are all genetically programmed individually and we inherit our genes from our parents. To give an exact age we stop growing would be incorrect because everyone's genetic blueprint is different.The main development of our bodies is up to the age of 21yrs of age but this can vary between individuals. There are parts of our bodies what carry on developing and adjusting slowly up until the age of 25yrs old, an example of this is the brain. The Endocrine system is a part of the brain what is very complex and keeps our bodies in a homeostasis state. Our testosterone levels start raising and roughly peak around 25yrs old and then start to slowly decline, so even though some of us may have stopped growing at the age of 21yrs old, others may still be developing up until the age of 25yrs old.

I have recently spoken to my Endo regarding this matter and he tells me that the HPTA is very sensitive and as many pathways how it regulates the human body, he states steroids disrupt the normal balance of hormones in the body which can cause reversible and irreversible changes at any age but risks are far more if you administrate exogenous androgens during development, this will put you in a very unnatural environment at a crucial time and your hormones should be treated with care especially in the early stages of maturity. The adverse effects can be erratic behaviour of the HPTA and potentially therapy when your older.

I did ask him what age he would think would be the safest as far as risk to damages and he said many endocrinologist suggest full maturation is reached by 25 years of age and this would also give the HPTA time to be established with your natural hormone balance and patterns. I personally feel 24-25yrs old would also be ideal starting point to get bloodwrok drawn to see exact what your natural levels are before starting any kind of cycles and waiting till you have reach your testosterone peak would be a good starting point, for me there is to much evidence over the forums and what I've seen personally over the last 25yrs I've been bodybuilding. Obviously it isn't going to be all 19- 21yr old bodybuilders who suffer side effects what are irreversible but I am edging on the side of caution what age I advice to the newbies.

A lot of people think theyr are I don't know what , maybe my mom or my father , and a lot of you need to take care of your own onion first ...

I did my choice , now I don't care about bein just 5 feed 9 folr the rest of my life my father is 5 feet 8 and he had a great life ....

For my diet basycli its :
meal 1
4 eggs + 120 G HAM + fruit ( 25 MG zinc + 2fish oil+ 1 multi vitamin+ 1 vitamin E)

Meal 2
6.5 onze of meat ( chicken , pork ,ham ...) + fruit

meal 3
6.5 onze of meat ( some time I take 40-45 G of prot of shrimp) + brown rice+ legume (2fish oil+25 mg zinc)

meal 4

6.5 onze meat + fruit

Meal 5

Alot of meat 7 onze to 12 onze (chili or spagati sauce often) (2fish oil+ 1 multi vitamin+ 1 vitamin E)

Meal 6

1 can of tunna + 150 G of gobberge + 2 fish oil

For the people who think my coatch is stupid , he took lesson in privat with Charles poliquin...
 
Ill have to admit, 16 is definately too young no matter what. U will be doing more harm than good. Not worth it in any way. Just dont do it.

So at 16 your finally decided after the years of hard work and diet your going to jump on gear. you have the backing of a coach who trained with Charles poliquin.

If you post up some picture i am sure it will convince some of my other brothers of the potential you may have to become a Pro.
