Simply put, I am a type 1 diabetic, taking Test E @ 500mg weekly, and DBOL 50mg daily. Since starting, it seems like I require ALOT More insulin than before. Is there a corrolation? Can someone tell me whats causing this physiologically?

since you have injected yourself with testosterone, your adrenal gland is taking all those precursors that would normally be synthesized into sex steroids and turning them into cortisol. Cortisol is the "stress" hormone that allows us to have sufficient blood glucose levels just in case we need to run from a tiger or something.
*at least that's my take on it.

I thought TEST usually supresses Cortisol?
