Ahh long cycles are killer. I still think just doing one cycle is better but if you'd rather do a longer cycle I would say try something like:
GH >= 4iu's/day Months 1-6
Test 750 mg/wk Months 1-5
Tren 75 mg/day Months 4,5
Winny 100 mg/day Months 4,5
HCG - 500 iu's/wk Months 1-5
PCT (clomid) and dont forget Anti-E's
--- IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE ANTI E WHEN TAKING GH AND ANYTHING THAT AROMATIZES, IT MAKES GETTING GYNO A HELL OF A LOT EASIER -- sorry i felt that needed to be in caps lol.
My reasoning behind the cycle is this:
1) Tren I feel should be thrown in at the end because a) its side effects are unpredictable so if something goes wrong, you can always jump ship and still have gotten a good test cycle in. Also like I said, tren works in conjunction with hgh by releasing igf, this would be most beneficial somewhere in the middle of your cycle, not at the beginning when the hgh is first taking effect.
2) The Winstrol (winny) and test boils down to type 1 and type 2, always a good mix and Winstrol (winny) has some effects on tendons (some pos some neg) either way GH helps eliminate the neg ones, and Winstrol (winny) may help to bind to any receptors that could cause gyno from gh/tren.
3) I recommend taking HCG just to keep your nuts working, coming off is a pisser and you will be atrophied a hell of a lot more
4) It is important to continue HGH at least 1 month after your cycle, if you could it should be two. Reason for this is you will lose your gains when you come off, your body will be in a state of catabolism no matter what. HGH will help prevent the loss of your hard earned gains. It creates an anabolic environment and helps with fat loss once your metabolism drops.
As for insulin, I only recommended it because it helps you get some crazy gains and is good in conjunction with GH. I use it to aid post workout recovery and sometimes to compensate my glycogen stores the morning of a day I'm planning a serious workout. I don't understand what the big deal is about HGH causing insulin problems, but also I dont monitor my blood sugar levels so far all i know i could be diabetic, still i think its overrated and i also heard metaformin will solve the problem if you have one.
Thats pretty much about it.
