Stevens shotguns?

I know we have some gun guys on the board and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Stevens/Savage shotguns?

I picked up a model 350 in a fit of paranoia before the "big storm". It was not very expensive, which was a huge plus for me since my wife would kill me if I spent a bunch on a gun.

I just want something simple and reliable for home defense use. Did I do ok, or did I botch this purchase big time?

very old company who made low to mid level guns under their name and others including sears. they are not fancy but ive never had 1 that gave me any problems.

Good to hear! Fancy I don't need, no problems on the other hand is exactly what I need.
