Avg. HR: 125 (64% of MHR)...I don't like this...it's too low...my HR would just not elevate...

I could probably go heavier on some stuff, but I don't have a spotter and honestly, none of the guys at this gym look like they'd be of any help...I was impressed with my pec deck numbers though...I hate doing shoulder stuff because I'm sooo weak there...However, I do have nice shoulders/traps...:wiggle:

Keep doing them they will get stronger. MMMMM I bet you do have nice lots of things. Damn i got all flustered, where was I, oh yea good work brat!

i'm in the philippines and yes, I too don't have spotters or those motivating yellers and all. quite sad..it's quite annoying to find a place to place your cam to record yourself and all
