Went back and did another hour of cardio...

30 minutes on the treadmill
30 minutes on the cross-trainer.

...then went and had Mexican for dinner.

Must be nice...if I don't workout and do cardio, I'll regain all my weight...I'm considering stopping weight-lifting for a bit to see if I can't just drop some weight - muscle or fat. :dunno:
