i just had to put the 495 lift back on their website. both were crappt lifts and not the best of form. i was hurried trying to coordinate when mulligan was going to start filming. may want to watch some better ones for reference.

Still decent to get an idea of form...I think my form is okay...I just wish someone knowledgable could check it...

LOL...I am not posting a topless vid...maybe when I get back to MI...but then again, I'll have a gym full of people to help me since they know what the fuck powerlifting movements are supposed to look like...
