90-rep leg press (18 wide, 16 shoulder, 14 close, 16 wide, 14 shoulder, 12 close - all without rest in between):

SUPERSET:
Leg press calf raises (wt. is per side):
(135/20) x 4

Leg press (wt. is per side):
(135/8) x 4
__________

Standing calf raises:
(75/15) x 4

Seated leg curl - had to kick an old lady off the machine...she was just reading a paperback, 'cooling down.'
70/15, 80/15, 90/10

CARDIO:
15 minutes treadmill, pre-workout
15 mintues stationary bike, post-workout

95/10, 135/10, (185/5) x 5, 200/3 - coulda done more...200 felt LIGHT, I think it was the pent up anger.

Hahah...thanks...man, I was sooo angry...I watched myself in the mirror as I came up and I looked like I wanted to twist the damn barbell in a knot, and probably could have!!! :rant:
