14JUN07: Arms

Arm has been buggin' me since earlier in the week...brachialis, anterior delt, and the clavicular part of the pec major...arm finally stopped hurting when I got to the gym, thanks to some muscle rub and Aleve...so, after 15 minutes on the stairmill, I did 3 sets of 10 pushups, 3 sets of 25 situps, and a 2.5 and 5 minute step test thingy...then proceeded to do another 10 minutes on the treadmill...and then hit the weights:

Hammer curls:
22.5/12, 25/10, 27.5/10

Hammer-grip lying extensions:
15/10, (20/8) x 2

Alternating DB curl:

DB kickbacks:

Concentration curls:

Standing calf raises:

Zottman curls:

I need to move back to Dallas. I miss that area...hopefully the Dallas cop shop with accept me...:wiggle:

Passed the prelim and got my app in...waiting to schedule the civil service exam and physical assessment...
