never heard of or seen the zottman curls. do you get a good pump from those? today is my make up day, arms and shoulders, may have to try those to wrap up the arms today. nice journal here brat...word.

Angry, on back day, I pull sumo...

BIG, as long as you're squeezing through the whole movement, you'll get a nice pump...I use it as a finishing move...
