I have just received a bottle of 100 count of βeta-Ecdysterone with

Ingredients: Vitamin/Mineral Blend, Sodium Caseinate, pfaffia, ajuga reptans, rhaponticum carthamoids

It was suppodely made from a russian scientists. My friend recieved a few bottles and gave me one. He said to take 2 pills 3 times a day. It has homemade lable. Also it says Not for Sale - For Evulation Only

If anyone knows what this product does or any kind of information about it please reply.

It's a phytochemical from I think suma extract, used it before, pretty good stuff, 600mg a day for 60 days yielded about 11 pounds with a LOT of protein of course, I was taking 1000mg daily though, recommended dosage is 200-600

At my dosage it cost me 180 dollars for a 2 month supply, its come down in price now though and my dosage was pretty high anyway, regardless its still a little on the pricey side.

I dont remmeber. It was years ago. I took one bottle of syntrabol. I think it last a month, maybe? Anyways I noticed nothing. And before someone tells me that wasnt long enough....well, evrything gets a one month trial. If it hasnt done at least a LITTLE by then, it doesnt get bought again.

Its not banned, doesnt count as a pro-hormone so it should stay on the market, might be facing a banning because its too strong to be sold on the market over here but theyve been trying to ban it for two years so good luck to those assholes.

One of the problems about the product is that its so damn expensive so if you dont spend some real money on it somebody will end up selling you heavily filtered shit.

Think of ecdysteron as 'insect-testosteron'

I have read the Russian study and it is as worthless as the product itself. They tested Ecdysteron orally and via injection on rats, and compared it to other compounds like turkestone and nerobol (think injectable dianabol).
Orally ecdysteron works trough the 2,3-diol-pathway (or so they claim). The Russians stated the young rats gained weight, as young rats do, but what weight? muscle? fat? water? They didn't check.
They did however also measure the absorption of radioactive amino acids by the liver. They claim this is a measure of the anabolic effect (but i doubt the most reliable.) (I put it in attachment)
Silenoside A, cyasterone, turkesterone and turkesterone-tetra-acetaat all score better, and off course the dianabol (but we already knew that ) , still, the ecdysterone shows some promise here.

So, does ecdysterone works? -> yes
Does ecdysterone works noticably? -> no
Is it worth your money? -> hell no
Athletes gaining 20 pounds on a 3 month cycle -> none
Sides? -> yes. Enlarged prostate. Long term muscle breakdown.

Sidenote: the same author of this Russian study is attempting to prove the effectiveness of ecdysterone since 1976...

Out of the articles ive seen they seem to be pretty old, the articles look like theyr about the original version of ecdysterone, it was only purified to 97% a couple of years ago the crap they were selling before that had a very small purity rating, all this reading has given me a headache
