yeah i mean i've recommended people pin sust eod because i'd heard and read that and because it has prop in there it made sense.
but the statement "to take full advantage of the prop...." when you think about it, actually seems like it could be totally useless.
what takes full advantage of the prop ester, is the phenyl prop and iso caproate esters, rounded off with the larger dose of the longer deca ester.
or so it would seem.
sust 250...
30mg prop - ester half life reached in ~1day
60mg phenyl prop - ester half life reached in ~2 days
60mg iso caproate - ester half life reached in 4-5 days.
100mg decanoate - ester half life reached in 7-8 days.
SO....
you take 1ml of sust 250 on day 1.
within the first day, half of the prop has hit your system, and a quarter of the phenyl prop has hit. phenyl prop is slightly heavier so they aren't quite equal, but you've gotten basically about the same amount of prop as well as phenyl prop released.
you've also released a small portion of the isocaproate and an even smaller portion of the decanoate.
within 2 days, 75% of the prop has hit.... 25% in the past 24 hours. but that is made up for by the fact that an additional 25% of the phenyl prop has hit and you're now approaching half of the total isocaproate and about 25% of the total decanoate having been releasted.
day 3 there is little prop remaining to be released.... less than a quarter.... the phenyl prop is on its way to having released most of it, but at this point the isocaproate has also been cleaved, over half of it, and the decanoate is approaching the half-way mark.
to keep it (over)simplified.... let's throw out ester weight for just a second.
Day 1, you pin 1ml
Day 2.... amount of cleaved test
Prop - ~15mg
Phenyl Prop - ~30mg
Isocaproate - ~10mg
Decanoate - ~12mg
total: ~67mg (minus ester weights of course)
Day 3.... amount of cleaved test
Prop - ~7mg
Phenyl Prop - ~15mg
Isocaproate - ~18mg
Decanoate - ~22mg
total: ~62mg
Day 4.... amount of cleaved test
Prop - ~3mg
Phenyl Prop - ~7mg
Isocaproate - ~18mg
Decanoate - ~20mg
total: ~48mg
that is VERY simple math and just quickly in my head so might be off.... but that gives a general outlook on how the release times play a role in the amount of test your body is getting in 24 hours chunks over the first 4 days.
pinning between the 3rd and 4th day would seem to be good for blood levels (according to my cracked out math) thus twice a week should be timed very well for balance.
learner people should speed that up and pin eod or mwf and people with a bit more bf can probably handle every 3.5 days or every 4 days.
again.... don't trust my math... sit down that and do the math yourself....
