Sustanon + Winstrol - first timer (done research)

hey, so ive been doing alot of research and i want to get the approval of you guys before i purchase it here it goes

age: 21
185 lbs
working out 1 year (a year ago i fully recovered from a back injury sustained at age 16, weightlifting)


going to be doing a 10 week'er was also thinknig of making it 1-8 weeks but some say its too short??? opinions?

1-10 ... sustanon 250 (500 mg/ week) injections twice thurs morning/ sunday night
4-11 ... winstrol, 50 mg EOD
2 or 3 - 11 ... proviron 50 mg ED

... tell me what you guys think as for PCT

week 12-15 ... HCGs 7500, 5000, 5000 (i.u. per week)
13-16 ... nolva or Clomid (not sure which one or if both r needed was thinkin bout doing nolva to avoid side affects of Clomid) any ideas on the dosage?


any information or input would be greatly appricated thanks

Winny is garbage.

Also, I think you're too young, small (unless you're like 5'5) and unprepared to even consider steroids. In my opinion, you should save that money and spend it on food.

No hate though - everyone has to start somewhere. I just think you'd get a lot more if you started off in the diet and training forums.
 
really? ive heard alot of great things about Winstrol (winny) and sus stack, and what would be a better age to do steroids at? im trying to put on sum weight to get started my training and diet will obviously be on point for this cycle and post cycle too,

Winny dries out your joints like crazy. Counter productive in my book especially since it doesn't produce any gains to write home about either.

Anyways, your age isn't as big an issue as your lack of training and current weight.

You have so much room to grow naturally. If you pop over to the diet and training forums, post up your current diet/routine you'll get some great advice. You'll be packing on natural muscle like crazy.

Also, the biggest problem with you cycling right now is your tendons - steroids help with muscle growth, but they don't help strengthen your tendons (at least not at a comparable rate). This is something that only time spent training will solve. You need to strengthen them now (naturally) so you don't hurt/tear them when you cycle in the future....obviously that would be a HUGE set back....not to mention painful.

right this shit is ridiculous....a fricken child with natty test levels out the roof wanting to juice because he is to lazy to work for it...fuck the gear! learn to eat right and big. make all the natty gains you can make. then 4-5 years from now if you are super dedicated then maybe consider a test only cycle.

lol, little confused im aware i can still grow alot, and plan to do so continuing my post cycle, just want to jump start my body try and make up for what i lost after the injury... my workout style isnt geared toward strength so theres not gonna be too much stress on my tendons... all im really concerned about is the cycle said above. if its good for a health person to take? i never doubted the fact that i can grow naturally, and know well enough thaat i dont need aas to get bigger = ] thanks for your opinions, just really need your input on the cycle. Thanks! :)

and thats the rub. you have no idea what you are doing. And no one here (with half a brain) is gonna give you advice on a cycle that you aren't ready for.

Cycle not for strength? Thats retarded. You need to get strong to get big... not the other way around. Either way, even going from a 85lb max bench to 135lb max bench (which you may get close to) will happen fast and add stress to those little tendons of yours.

Again, you are looking for shortcuts. AAS shouldn't be used as a shortcut. A tool yes, but not a shortcut. The fact that you are not training or dieting correctly NOW is a key indicator that you are fucked up. Slow down, and do it the right way. Eat big and train like a freak and you will get to wherevr you will with this cycle you are planning.

You'll find out though in a few months when you are back to 145lbs or whatever chicken shit weight you are now.

What specifically happened with the back injury? I think Mgunz or someone on here has a journal about lifting while recovering from a back injury.
