T3 / clen critique - all input appreciated

So I am starting my first T3 / Clen stack this coming Monday. I have done my research and I know there are tons of resources out there but I would like some members to give me some constructive criticisms / advise.

I’m about 5’7 205lbs. I’ve cut down from a fairly tubby 230lbs since January.
I’ve got lots of lean mass, and I expect to lose some muscle which I can deal with and gain back later. I figure my BF is about 20%.

I’m currently doing 30min of intense cardio on the spin bike first thing in the morning. Weight training is based on Dorian Yates HIIT program every other day. Bench is about 325lbs 10x, just to give an idea of what I’m pushing.

Diet-wise; I’m eating about 2200 – 2500 calories per day; about 300grams of protein per day, mostly chicken and whey.

Gear - i've got 30ml of liquid clen and T3

Now, for the cycle – this is what I have planned so far – and where I require the most advice. I plan on taking my doses first thing in the morning - unsure if i should take this before my cardio or after..

So thats my cycle. I appreciate any and all advice everyone has to give. SO lets see what everyone has to say...
Assuming this is all good, and I get the members ok to move forward i'll start posting some progress pics.

i'm mainly concerned about the T3.. carefull ramp up and down .. research shows thats the trusted technique...
 
Well I would think you would want to stop the t3 when you stop Clem cause you want to cycle it. Powerful stuff man you don't want to mess up your thyroid for life

So just run one of them at a time? Basically all the research I have done says to run the T3 stright through the cylce - and the clen on / off in some sort of suitable manner all allow your beta 2's to recover.

And the last 2 weeks i'm ramping down.. like when i'm running 12.5mcg, thats basically nothing.

The cycle is good as it is, you don't need to cycle the T3. Just be sure to use some anabolics or you'll loose lbm big time.
 
If you want to use t3 it can diminished muscle but if that doesn't bother you. Run both but get some Oct for that t3 and cycle it for two weeks on then two off

I don't mind if i lose a bit of muscle.. I'm pretty thick and putting on muscle is no problem.

2 things, that is the OCT? I'm running 3 grams of taurine in the morning to deal with the cramping of the clenbuterol.

and..
the cycling of the T3. I've never heard of this. Basically all the research suggests running it throughout the cycle and to on/off the clen.

Appreciate the input. I started day 1 this morning.. i''ll likely start a cycle thread and update with pics, stats, and any notable sides.
 
I mean post cycle therapy (pct) from n2b... you want to be careful with t3 cause you can permanently damage you thyroid if you keep it hyperactive with the constant use. Cycling it for two weeks or so keeps you from possibly damaging your thyroid. The time of gives it a break from working hard. And if you damage your thyroid you will basically be prescribed cytomel for life.... not a good thing
 
you have no reason to go over 50mcg on t3... that's more then double what your body naturally produces...

except for that your fine

dont forget to take something like benedryl 50mg every night every other week while on clen

I totally agree, I've actually changed my cycle since posting this - and I've capped my T3 at 50 mcg, and I'm already at 100 mcg for the clen - as my sides were minimal.

I'm going to do 2 weeks on / off now..
you recommend any PCT / any need to do a taper down from the 50mcg on the T3?
