that was my resting heart rate man. I was gonna wait til I wasn't sick anymore and do it before drinking coffee possible after busting a nut to see the difference lmao
 
What is the the site/test for the bloodwork? Yes I could search for it but if you don't mind... privatemdlabs I think k and some kinda female test? Hell a brother out...if you have an exact link I'll order that shit today

you'll want a CBC and full hormone panel for males. plus the female hormone panel so you can get estrogen. I'm not sure of the link as I have not used Priv med labs myself.

So 3 different tests?? I thought there was one that did it all no? I know I'm bad for not doing blood test prior but I will get on it
 
i think they have a unisex hormone panel that gives test and estrogen levels , theres also the Hormone Panel with Estradiol Sensitive and Testosterone LC/MS-MS. so i don't think you have to order a separate female hormone panel test, with either of the above
 
Did I mention i'm actually taking a day off from the gym today... I can feel my body thanking me lol
Just noticed we made it 10 pages of rambling... I hope that my logging has been helpful to someone who is considering running a similar cycle, if not I'll probably keep my next log much shorter like check in once a week or something

I'm similar to you in stats. 6'2, 245, 36

Starting 750t/500deca on 12/23. 16 week cycle. I won't need dbol though cause I'm gonna eat tons of calories and lots of dick.

Nice man thanks for the laugh I was in a bad mood, pm me ur diet. Very open for suggestions. So far dbol isn't doin shit for anything but it's only been 4 days at 30

Need to up that dosage 50 or 60 mg
Arnold called d bol the breakfast of champions so it must be good for something lol

Yes ^^^ However there are MANY that have done higher doses. A lot of the higher doses of Dbol was happening in the older days :)

Very personal as to the whole stack or stacks and length of cycle are factors.

You know we never really discuss dosages pertaining to body size. Like does a man that is 6'4 250 lbs need to take the same or more gear than a man 6' 200 lbs... buy then I'm sure it's all up to trial and error, experimentation and such there is no real way or saying eaither

its going to depend more on genetic factors then just pure size . a man that is 200 pounds , but is very dense and has a lot of lean body mass may have a ton on androgen receptors . a bigger 250 pound guy may have big bones , some fat, and not have that much dense muscle and have less androgen receptors , and therefore require less gear.
the more androgen receptors you have the bigger dosages you can use more efficiently .

I like dbol mostly form the sense of well being it gives...similar in a way to a percocet, imo. For me it 50mgs taken all at once about an hour prior to workout. Then , later it doesn't make u crash but the feeling kinda just slips away nicely thru the rest of the day. Love me some dbol!!
