Test Deca Sdrol

Hello all, This will be my first log on here, second cycle.
Stats are 6' 203-5
Cycle lay out:
Test e 1-16 600mg wk
Deca 1-14 400mg wk
Superdrol 1-4 20mg ed
Aromasin 12.5 mg ed
hcg 250 iu 2x wk 2-17
caber .5 mg 2x wk 1-18
also will be running peptides ghrp 6 and cjc 1295 mod grf
starting at 100mcg of each a day and working my way up to 300mcg a day of each. for the next 6 months.

Diet: will be done by 3j

I am starting my sdrol today so that by the time i start monday 30th it will be in my system.

Supps: Gold Standard whey pwo
pre work out ACG3 and others
10g amino acid pwo
fish oil 1mg ed
multi vitamin mega men sport 2x ed

cycle begins Monday 30th other than me preloading sdrol.
 
Heres the before pics so we can keep track of my gains this time around, any comments on areas i could work on would be great, obviously legs are a priority for a while lol.
 
good luck bro. starting that ghrp-6 and mod-grf is smart, stuff takes a while to really start working (like HGH) so should be kicking in good as you're finishing cycle, will help with maintaining gains.

x2 hit those legs hard to match the upper body. Looks like a well laid out cycle. Have you used superdrol before? I'm going to be running 30mg a day for 4wks here soon.
 
Nice cycle and good log.

Legs will happen so don't let it bother you, once you really put some effort into them each week they will take off. Don't be scared, you can hit unbeleivable numbers. You just gotta go for it!
 
This is my first time running superdrol so hopefully i see some good gains off of it till the test and deca kick in. And i dont let it get to me anymore about my legs i just started lifting legs about 4 months ago so they've come quite a bit in that time period, gonna get em huge tho this cycle.
My BW came tonight but no peps so those should be here tomorrow and ill start using them tomorrow night then. Cant wait till Monday!!!

Superdrol is strong stuff. You'll notice strength and weight increase after first week. If you don't mind me askIng. What's the brand Superdrol your running?
 
My ghrp6 and mod grf 1,29 came in today, so i officially have everything i need to get started monday, looking forward to this very much, starting to feel the sdrol a little although minimal, should be makin some gains this coming week.
 
Just pinned my first one, 300mg test 250mg deca, i was a little bit nervous to inject again just because i hate needles, but it went real smooth injected right quad. No pain as of now probably will be a little sore tomorrow tho.
Diet looks like this for the day:
Meal 1
7 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1 1/2 cup rolled oats (measured raw) (160g)
Optional (pick some of your favorite veggies and make an omelet)


Meal 2
225g deli turkey
4 slices of brown bread
Tomato, lettuce, pickles basic sandwich stuff
Mustard, and minimal fat free mayo

Meal 3
225g of your choice fresh water fish (optimally tilapia/tuna/salmon
350g brown rice weighed cooked or sweet potato
1 cup salad
1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking (8g)

Meal 4
225g chicken breast
350g brown rice weighed cooked or sweet potato
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Meal5
50g whey shake
1 whole bagel and 1 yellow banana

Meal 6
6oz London broil (a.k.a top round steak) OR new york steak
1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1 cup broccoli
3 tablespoons peanut butter

Will be doing chest tonight. also pinning ghrp6 and mod grf tonight before bed. Sdrol feels like its starting to kick in pretty decent, getting some pumps through out the day. Nothing really to report other than that. ill log again after my workout tonight.
 
Yesssir, i was thinking the same thing when i was creepin through your log last night lol, heard 3j was the go to guy for diets so i wanted to do it right this cycle!
 
Alright hit some chest tonight, looks like im starting to get a little vascularity from the sdrol, no real strength gains yet.
Chest workout:
flat db bench 15x65 12x75 10x85 8x95
incline db bench 15x65 12x70 10x75 8x80
incline db flys 15x35 12x40 10x45 8x50
will be pinning 100mcg of ghrp6 and 100mcg of mod grf 1,29 tonight.
 
Alright so i pinned ghrp6 and mod grf again this morning 100mcg of each. took my 10mg of sdrol, 12.5mg of aromasin also gonna start my caber today as well. Leg is a little bit sore from injection yesterday which was to be expected.
Meal plan for today:
Day C
Meal 1

225g 93/7 lean ground beef (weighed cooked)
1/3 cup cheese
1 cup salad


Meal 3
225g of your choice fresh water fish (optimally tilapia, if tuna/salmon please do 6oz)
1 cup salad
1/2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Meal 4
225g chicken breast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup salad
280g brown rice weighed cooked or sweet potato

Meal 5
50g whey shake
1 whole bagel or 2 bananas
3 tablespoon peanut butter

Meal 6
6oz new york steak or rump steak
½ tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1 cup broccoli
1 whole avocado or 3 tablespoon peanut butter
 
Quick update, just finished my back work out tonight, definitely feeling the side effects of sdrol, head aches all day, feel shitty, felt some good pumps tonight from it and a little bit of strength. definitely feeling full from all the carbs courtesy of 3j haha.
