Test E, deca and dbol cycle advice

Hey, I'm 5"9, 188lbs and 22 years old.. Done a cycle of primobolan + dbol before, thinking about my second cycle now..

The cycle

12 week cycle, broken into -

Dbol - week 1-4 @ 40mg
Test E - week 1-12 @ 500mg

PCT
Tamoxifen/Nolvadex - week 1-14 @ 20mg ED
Clomid - week 14-18 @ 50mg ED


Diet
4000-4500 calories ED
Protein will be mainly from chicken, turkey, fish, steaks, etc
Carbs will be from whole meal rice/pasta, and sweet patato
+ Various veg

Was wondering how that sounds? also, would nolvadex @ 20mg EOD be alright, and if i feel gyno coming on then up it to ED ?

NOTE: Edited the cycle, cut out the deca.. too many implications from it

Test E - week 1-12 @ 500mg

Primo/dbol only cycle? No test? Dont know how that worked for you but try this:

Dont run the nolva while on cycle. Save it for post cycle therapy (pct) after the cycle with clomid. And deca at 10 wks wont do shit for you bro

Test wk 1-15 or 16
Deca wk 1-14
dbol wk 1-4 or 5-9( better for me cause test will be in full effect when the dbol kicks in)
Wk18-22 Clomid (same dosage)
wk18-22 Nolva (same dosage)

Also get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to use while on cycle like aromasin. Nolva while on cycle with a 19 nor like deca is asking for trouble

Wow, that was fast lol

10 weeks of deca at that dosage wont do jack. deca needs a min of 14 weeks

I know a higher dosage would be more effective, but i wanto see how I react to it first.. if after a couple of weeks its not effective enough, ill think of upping it


@Infantry87, thanks for the feedback bro.. gonna try my best to get some aromasin to add in
 
Also , with the aromasin, try to get ahold of some caber or prami for the prolactin sides of 19nors. Ive never had those sides but its always good to have those on hand just in case.
 
Ok so I'd say you need to re-examine your diet. For your height, and to have run one cycle already of decent duration, you're really light. So you either don't know how to eat to gain, or you weren't training long before you decided to use gear.

Thanks for the constructive criticism, first cycle I did was when i just turned 21 .. was quite high bodyfat, and since then iv basically been cutting..with the last 6 months been extremely clean on the diet and been using ephedrine, but not been eating enough because of lack of time.. (in uni + work) .. but looking to bulk now, so will have to make more time for the diet :)

Typical day looks like -

Breakfast - Oats + protein shake + vitamins/fish oilds/etc

Meal 1 - Brown pasta + skinless chicken

Meal 2 - Turkey + veg

Meal 3 - Brown rice + chicken/fish

Meal 4 - Protein shake

Diet is going to be improved over the next few weeks

Definitely add in 2 or 3 more whole food meals, and try to keep the shakes down to a minimum. Also, cheat meals are definitely okay and necessary when you're bulking!

Do you not eat red meat?

Okay will keep that in mind for the bulk, I eat red meat but not that often.. Maybe one lean sirloin a week, think I should eat more red meat?

What do you mean keep that in mind for the bulk? You intend to bulk on this cycle right?

Yes eat much more red meat.
 
Start the diet way before the cycle man...make sure you're body is handling that amount of food okay and that you can consistently do it. If it doesn't feel like you're eating too much, you're not eating enough.
