Test E only - First cycle - Let's get it on!

im thinking of doing a hard cardio day once a week. hows ur food intake been? i sometimes struggle to get wat i need eaten lol
 
I struggle sometimes as well, I try to eat as much chicken and steak and hamburger as I can, sometimes eating hamburgers for breakfast. I am nnot eating as much as I should, but I am eating as much as I can under the circumstances, such as while Ii am working, ect. I would be bigger had I had more time to focus and eat.

Current weigh in at 165 lbs
 
that is why you have your diet worked out before starting, most likely you didn't need to run gear in order to reach any kind of gains, just looks like you had a bs diet before man...

Sure did have a bs diet before, but I have already admitted to that. I am trying to eat heavy, high in calorie and protein right now to get in my recommended amount. I did have my diet worked out, its just sort of falling apart due to changes in my life, things I couldn't control. I am trying to make up for it though.

I feel ya man, I ain't tryin to hate on you....I try to eat so much haha, always complain about being full....my life for the past 3 months eat eat eat eat eat eat pre workout shake,gym, whey creatine glutamine shake, eat eat...so full all of the time then gotta drink about a gallon of water on top of that, i feel like i'm gonna puke at times
 
Will be finishing up with a cycle of mdrol.

Disappointing day today...

Just finished my 2nd vile off. Only in week 9 and all out of gear. In order to make up for it, I have decided to finish up this cycle with 3 weeks of Superdrol (m-drol).

So far with my test cycle, I experienced minor puffy nips, but have taken care of them with rui's letro, within days. I have not experienced any shrinkage in my testicles and I have had a few pimples, but not many at all. Have had highly increased libido, and overactive sweat glands at times.

Have gained about 17 lbs as of now. New measurements are as follows:

Quads: 22" (up 1")
Calves: 14.5" (up 1.5")
Forearms: 13" (up .75")
Biceps: 15.25" (up .75")
Hips: 33.5" (up 1.5")
Chest: 43" (up 1.5")
Under Chest: 38" (up 1.25")

Will be starting cycle assist today and I will be taking the Superdrol clone starting Monday, as is: 20/20/20.

Starting clomid one week after.

Depending if I am experiencing any sides I will decide whether to do a 4 week cycle of mdrol. Apparently Superdrol ggives very dry and lean gains, so I will be back to doing cardio, we should start to see a drop in bd %, and some increased size.
 
So that's a bad idea? You're probably right, I should gain as much as I can now, then cut up after my cycle, eh?

No expert but cutting up after cycle seems like it actually might make it harder to keep your gains. I would keep bulking for a few months after then if you want you could do a basic cut cycle to preserve your muscles while cutting. That's what I plan on doing.
 
I did the same cycle, I was 198 lbs when I started and finished at 222.2 lbs, right now after 1 month I'm 215lbs but I can go back to 222lbs if I eat like a pig :)

Yeah eating sucks while on cycle, I was eating every hour anything (chicken, junk food, PROTEINS <----- LOTS), I got a little bit chubby on belly but it's cool lol
 
Started taking my m-drol today, took one pill after breakfast, and one in the evening. I think doing it this way should be easier on the liver and will give me a nicer dose throughout the days rather than taking them each at the same time.
 
Nice Journal - Like to here what your stats are after 3 week post cycle therapy (pct) then again in 6 weeks.
Agree with post above - Wouldnt cut yet - Your going to naturally loose size as is during/after post cycle therapy (pct) so I would keep up the bulk. I would then slowly start integrating some Cardio - Low intensity or some intervals. Clean up diet a little but keep those cals coming in -

i would just bump the test to 300 which means 1ml at a time since you always can't inject the full .8 so you end up a little short.

makes it easier too... just meassure 1 or 1.1ml and blam..
 
3rd day on m-drol and I am having a noticeably elevated heart rate giving an increase in intensity in the gym, which is good because I have been slightly lacking ever since I ran out of my Primordial Performance MAP, by which I am now waiting for my new purchase in the mail ;)

Also, eating is getting much easier; my appetite is through the roof and I am having no problem eating big, which has been a slight issue throughout my cycle thus far, it is only a couple days in so let's stay tuned; however, I am predicting some more gains, guys!
 
Kel-I have been following your log since the beginning. Don't stop bulking. I want you to picture in your mind exactly what your first goals are, weight wise (not how cut you want to be but how large). Now, keep bulking until your about 10-15 lbs over that weight. Sometimes it takes 2-3 cycles. I guess it just seemed to me that you wanted to get big and lean. Take your time off (PCT) and get back into the game. I know that you had a few struggles this first cycle, but think about what you know now compared to when you started, diet, workout, emotions, etc.

I would say by looking at your pictures 2-3 more bulking cycles gets you to around 215, if done right. Then at that point start shredding and look at the masterpeice. Remember, this is not something that comes easy. If it was-everyone would be fucking huge!!!!

Your totally right, thanks for the advice, that is what I will do. With this m-drol cycle, I will continue to bulk, give a break, then do a d-bol, deca, test cycle.

I will totally be prepared for my 2nd cycle, this cycle was definitely a learning experience, and I have definitely learned a lot.

However, this cycle isn't over yet, I feel good, and I am on top of everything right now, training and eating wise.

I'm looking good, feeling good, and eating good, this isn't over yet!
