For the record and so everyone understands, I'm not making a claim that this is "my PCT" or something I created. I take no credit for this at all.
The method I suggest was first developed in the late 1980s (yes it is that old) by the combined efforts of Dr. Fred Hatfield and Dan Duchanie. Later on, the principles were tested and described by Dr. Micheal Scally in the medical literature circa 2000.
I've used these principles successfully since 1988. Over the years, I have tweeked some things, like the use of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) throughout, for myself.
That said, I keep putting this out to the membership here because I know how hard guys here work for their gains and how destructive it is to loose those gains because of a failed PCT.
