Test/Primo/Anadrol with a bit of proviron for good measure

on to something different... been at this since Monday

Every 2nd day will be pinning 200mg Primo/125mg Test... first 30 days will run 100mg anadrol per day along with 12.5mg aromasin, 50mg proviron. After 30 days, aromasin will be taken down to 6.25mg per day, proviron will remain daily at 25mg per day.

will run the Primo/Test like this for 4 months, maybe throwing in some var at 80mg per day near the end

current weight is 250lbs, would like to keep making gradual improvements to the physique ;)
 
slacked a bit on eating this weekend, down to 248 today... plan on getting to the gym 5 days in a row this week

Feel a bit flat, but that could be the lack of good food the last few days, I'll be on top of that in the coming days :)
 
I've been a bit of a phantom lately... got a little business selling Christmas trees/decorations etc. that's been going well. I'm still finding time to hit the gym 4 or 5 times per week and gains are still happening. Been on the primo about 4 weeks now and the feeling is very comfortable. Pumps are good and I think I will make some quality progress over the next couple months.

I'm seriously thinking about only running test/primo and test on it's own during all future runs, with maybe some anavar thrown in here and there.

weight is around the 245 mark and staying pretty lean... looking forward the Christmas season, love the sweets this time of year :)

I like your cycles. Always so simple and always goal orientated. Wish I had your money for primo but!

training has been going well over the past month or so, been training with a couple guys in their 20's... sure is keeping my intensity up, and I'm showing them age is nothing but a number ;)

still running just over 400mg's of test e per week, 700mg's of primo... will be adding in 80mg's of var everyday soon

weight is staying steady around the 250 mark
 
hey all... been nothing close to usual on here the last few months

but I'm still training like always and plan to step it up a notch once again as the cold weather leaves us ;) will most likely spend 6 month or so in China again beginning about mid April, that usually spices things up a bit as I can throw some things into the mix that I can easily acquire on that side of the pond.

for a couple months (nov, dec) I was training 5 on, 2 off... but am now back to a more comfortable 2 on, 1 off, that I think is more effective. I find it easier to push myself two days in a row knowing I always have a rest day coming.

I'm staying fairly lean, weight has been as high as 255 in early December, but is now 245-248 and I don't mind it there.

today was one of those rest days, tomorrow I'll hit some shoulders. Will be keeping it light as the right shoulder has been hindering my chest training a lot. Have really only been able to do machine and cable flyes with some light reps on a chest press machine for the last few chest sessions. Still feeling it though, gotta find what works and just deal with it ;)

I'm nearly outta commish :(

right shoulder is done... saw an ortho today, says my rotator cuff is cooked, have an MRI at 7:30 tomorrow morning to see the extent of the damage. Looking like surgery is gonna happen. I kinda happy that something is wrong, means it can be fixed... then I'll be returning better than ever and gives me a reason to go on a good run of HGH :)
