UPDATE

Well guys, started my 4th Week. Kinda bumed. Honestly, not much (If any weight gain). My lifts feel WAY better than ever, and I have got through some plateus but I want size!!! Well see what happens the next 7 weeks.

hey man - don't get discouraged, the last part of the cycle is where you can really make some gains. make sure you are getting the right amount of nutrition to gain - you need a caloric surplus - and keep the food clean- don't do a dirty bulk just because you are on gear. Post up a workout of 2 if you have the chance.

BTW - great timing for the cycle IMO - most people gain fat over the holidays - you will gain muscle!!!!

Generally, I keep weight the same each set. My lifts are improving so far....just no noticable size difference...or weight damit! :wallbash:

Hmmm where did you get that split? It seems a little odd to me that you work your whole body 3 x a week. IMO it would be better to separate out body parts for specific days - Like Chest & Hammies; Back and shoulders, etc. i like arm day separate. and I would not do all sets at the same weight. At least for the last set you should have the weight heavy enough that you go to failure at 4-6 reps.

Just my opinion. PM me if you want a M& F bulking workout - I have it in Word and it was good - i did it for 2 months.
 
If you aint gaining it has to be your diet, you must eat big as well, How many calories are you consuming and how much protein ?
 
Personally I think you need to fix your routine, its a little whack if you ask me, doing hypertrophy a few days after you do strength training, How do you make any progress

You should fix your split than do 2 weeks of hypertrophy than 1 week of strength etc

Wait, do what? sorry im lost...

DO you mean like I am ding the low rep thing one day (strenghth oriented) and then the higher rep (hypertroophy style) a few days later?

You have never heard of doing fullbody workouts 3x a week? O and sure, send me the workout, ill check it out!

I probably do need to up the Cals, I am gaining a little, not much tho. I am up a like 5 lbs honestly. However my lifts are UP for sure. And for protein about 250-300g a day...
 
UPDATE!

Another GREAT day in the gym. After the holiday, I am up 5lbs haha and my lifts are great, been getting PR's every week!

Anyways, heres my usual question, SHOULD I INCORPERATE an AI? Someone here basically said I was an idiot for not! I mean, I may have a LITTLE bloat but not really, and nipps are fine.

Opinions???
 
I bought an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (arimidex) just in case, but I haven't used it all cycle. Since this is your first cycle, and your dose of test isn't that crazy, you will be fine. Use the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if your bloat gets uncomfortable or if you start to develop the bitch tit.

The added water helps with strength gains.
 
Little update, up 10lbs...ugh, its the end of week 7. Lifts are up a bunch, 20lbs on bench. So, I guess I am happy with that!

Been taking pics everyweek, I will post em up at the end.

Sure wishin I woulda ran something with it!

why? you're progressing. like i said, more gear doesn't = more gains. settle down. lol

are you doing progressive loads on the big lifts adding weight each week? If not, you need to start.

Yea true, lol, I guess Im just a newb and gettin excited. I only say I am dissapointed because, I started at about 185ish. BUT that was the LIGHTEST I have been for a while, and leanest. So, for me to get to 195 like I am now I probably could have easily done just with eating more. I was on a REAL low cal diet to get to that 185. So, I would have thought I woulda put the 10lbs on just with diet and the test woulda got me up there even more. But, ehh, Like I said, my lifts are up!

Before cycle on bench doing 3x5 the most I have ever got was 240 3x5, monday I got 260 3x5.

And yea, everyweek I add weight to all my lifts, mainly the major or "coumpouds". Im going to try to eat more the last few week and hope I dont add to much fat :thumbsdow...
 
RESULTS


Well, started at 185 I weighed yesterday.....202! However, I ate alot this weekend! So im guessing illl be HIGH 190's maybe 200.

I will post pics tomorow!!!
 
bro do you feel the test effects of raised labido,agression and oily skin. did you notice any of this in your first 3 weeks?
