If you don't have one you need to get one! Don't know how I got by without one. I cook just about everything on it, chicken, turkey bacon/sausage/ground steaks, even vegetables. Plus clean up is easy too.

I've got 3-4 different sized foreman grills around here. I love them and use them often but one needs to be careful as to not dry out the meats when using it. A little juice is what gives the flavor
I have the largest one but could probably use another one since I have to scrape it in-between cooking my chicken breast on Sundays. Don't care for beef steaks on it though, they turn out too tough.
