Your post is two years old now and is still one of the best I've read on here. I think your list applies to us PH folks as well too! Educate, educate, educate!
 
im 19 years of age and I've been lifting weights for 2 years now. I am currently 130 pounds and 5'8 inch. small and vascular. my strength is increasing in the gym as im adding more weights to each worktout weekly. I eat 7 meals a day, alot of calories, protein and enough carbohydrates. people always tell me that im lifting alotta weight compared to my size, and that i should eat more. but like i said im eating way more calories than im spending so my QUESTION IS .... considering my status and weight, should go on TEST E for 2 cycles ??????
I NEED AN ANSWER PLEASE!
 
Im just turned 18, been training since I was 15, diets good (6 meals a day, vegetables, nuts, oats, chicken, fish, flaxseed, protein shake = literally all I eat, only drink water). Train 5-6 times a week, high intensity. Currently cutting after a bulk, around 13% bf - 5,11 - 190 pounds. Been thinking about running a Test e cycle 500mg/week, not thinking of starting anytime soon but certainly in the next 4-5 months. Still abit hesitant about the whole thing because of my age but then again im taller than my dad etc, are there really any big problems with starting so early?
 
There are multiple reasons why we shouldn't start that early. Issues with test levels after the fact and stunned growth to name a couple.

I've don a few cycles when I was 20 . Very light not even a real cycle on ten cc bottle lol for 8 weeks .. Really nothing . Put on twenty . Lol I had no real problems from it . But I'm sure like 3j said it could and most likely stunt your growth .. I bet if you ate like you we're on cycle you would grow .
