Yea what u think about my workout? Would u change anything? I'm thinkin about doing one week Reg work out and the followin week negatives with drop sets .
A tiny bit of advice. When posting workout session do it not in a huge paragraph #1 easier to read #2 can tell what is going on.
Post up full workout and I will let you know what I think. I do not think you need specific weeks for negatives when you feel strong just control the weight better and go slow and feel it more.

all 6-8 reps .
