I'm short so to c properly I got on top of a stool and Lookin in the bath room mirror and Lookin at my ass .

Doing well champ, can see the gains from the start! You findin pinning any easier now? I do the same aswell, quads and such. Can't wait to see where you finish at bro. Good work!
 
I know I have virgin muscles but when I first pinned delt I had the only pain dude now I tried glute. Went well. What I think helped was the warm shower before pinnin . I didn't even feel it brake the skin. But now my butt check is sore. I heard quads are good to but there are alot of nerves. I hear stay high outer to pin.what u pinnin at the moment? Have u felt it has been better with pinnin a 3rd time
 
This week Im pinning delts mate. Today will be right since I did left the other day. I honestly don't feel anything, I'm on test prop and tren ace at moment, as you know. The initial injection is painless, after 20 mins or so there's a slight sensation but nothing that really prevents me from doing anything. I usually pin after I train an have a shower, that way muscle is warm an clean. I still obviously sterilize etc the area, but I feel having a shower just before is an extra precaution in my eyes. You'll be right champ.
 
I don`t think mines hurt that much anymore, every pin is less painfull execpt quads..that hurts me like a motha****r. Comedy maybe or just don`t feel it like as the first week or 2.

your right about quads be careful not to hit a nerve draw back on the pin to be safe
 
I only do 2 shots a week, so I only pin quad. I put in 3ML in at a time. First 5 weeks felt like a bad dead leg, but now it's starting to not hurt much at all.
 
Today was the fourth pin , not to much to update, I did chest and bicep . Power has been the same and pump has been good. This tues is my third week so I here it's where the ball starts to roll a little. Can't wait!
 
Well my current weight is 179.6 I feel great sex feels great my di@k feels warm! Lol funny thing is I was havin sex and she said Yo ur shit is hot! I was like WTF it's true. When my thing gets up it really is up like a brick! Today I'm doing legs , I've missed a couple of legs day cuz of family but I'm hitting them up today. For my legs this are the numbers and exercises I do

Leg extension
Warm up 70 lbs and 100lbs 3sets 12 reps
3 sets 6-8 reps 195lbs

Leg press
Warm up 6plates each 45lbs 6-8 reps
3sets 10 plates each 45lbs 6-8 reps

Hamstring lying leg curls
3 sets 6-8 reps 140 lbs

Sitting machine calves
3 sets 6-8 reps 2 45lbs plates plus a 25 lbs plate

These are my usual numbers.

Thank u pikki, dfeaton I'm not gonna lie I'm scared as fuck. I know the movement but I workout by my self and I don't want to get hurt so pretty much I skip it. There is a machine that add every other week which it's like square where u under some patting and u squat down, I don't know the name of it at this moment but it works like squats

Watch some squat videos and squat man. You can't be a future pro with out doing the most important lift.
 
agreed with Dahurt and Spear YOU NEED TO SQUAD, bro start not to heavy eventually you will go up in weight easy.
 
Maybe just start out using the smith machine or the hack squat if your gym has them. Just until you get the motion down anyway. It's not ideal but squats are huge for building mass core ect.... Hell even if you have to start squatting with no weight at all. I know I had to b/c of damn old guy knees the I first went back to doing them. I did 3X20 reps no weight. I know how it is to be scared of them, so I've been using the smith machine only because I workout alone and at any given moment I could get a sharp pain in my knee & dont really want to drop the weight from my shoulders to the floor.
in my case it sucks to be an old man hell I loved to kill my legs to the point of hardly being able to walk back when I wasn't an old fucker.
Anyway just start light to get the movement down (balance) very important.
Challenging yourself is just part of growing Bro. You can do it just go easy & you'll have no prob I'm sure. Samething goes for deads btw very important for mass core ect...
