Which would be better to take with sus for a 1st cycle?

and how much should one take ? i was think thinking of

1- 10 weeks of sus at 500mg........shall i do more or less ?
1-10 weeks at 30 mg........shall i do more or less ?
10 - 12 weeks hcg 5000 .....any 1 think i should add some nova or clo

dont run the d-bol 10 weeks, only go about 5 weeks max and I would recomend 35mg ed...

pinks are good, i have heard blues kick ass also, but never tried them. Granted they are both real, buy the cheapest.

Inject the Sustanon (sust) at least twice a week.
Dbol weeks 1-5, only done the pinks, heard blues kick ass.
I spread my HCG out over 3 weeks, 500iu per day, 1 week after cycle.
YES, always do clomid or nolva post cycle, wait 3 weeks after sust.
