thermorexin has pretty clear directions on the bottle, so not sure what you mean by that.

also any questions posted here, on AFboard - Powered by vBulletin as well as many other forums are usually answered the same day. So even if it were the case that there were no directions (even though there are pretty clear directions), one could easily ask or just search either of these forums and quickly find the answer to pretty much any question about thermorexin.
