thicken my collar bone/upperchest

wondering what you guys do? target area is upper chest, mostly inner, but i want to stengthen in particular where it connects to my collar bone.

i was thinking either
incline flys...
incline DB...
or incline DB hammerstyle..

any suggestions? advice? or maybe just your upper chest routine?

this has been an area of weakness for me recently as well... after targeting it for ~12 months I have see some massive improvements...

My 5 favorite exercises for what you are looking to improve on are as followed:

#1. Incline Barbell Bench
#2. Incline DB Flyes
#3. Incline DB Press
#4. Incline Cable Flyes
#5. Smith Machine Incline

Generally, for the Incline pressing movements I stuck to the 6-8 rep range and focused on a hard contraction at the top of the movement, where as for the Incline Fly movements the rep range was 10-12 and I stopped the movement when my hands reached ~8 inches from each other.

Incorporate 2-3 of these exercises in each Chest workout for 6 months and I think you will see some definite improvement.
