Okay the rules are you can only contribute ONE thing to the list - and you can't repeat something. Maybe if we make a good enough list, somebody can even benefit from it!

I'll go with the obvious:

Membership at a REAL gym.
 
A supportive partner. IE spouse, girlfriend or buddy. Most successful people in general have someone close to them that supports them and helps them to reach thier goals. I couldn't do the things I do without the support of my wife of 17 years.

For me, it's a good playlist on my iPod. Without it, my workouts would be much less enjoyable and with less intensity.
Ibuprofen on hand is nice also. :D

never used these, nor am i a body builder, lol, but i have been thinking about getting some, didnt know if it was a good idea or not, i can onky shrug with 100's because i cant grip anymore, hell, 100s r hard enough to grip, but feels like i could rep more weight.



and i was wandering with somebody would say test or AAS haha:wiggle:

I got more ass when I didn't have a girlfriend :(

I suppose I can contribute something that hasnt been said...a good non stick pan to cook with...:dunno:...nothing irritates me more at 6 in the morning than my eggs sticking and burning in the pan

I'm such a dinosaur! I only cook in cast iron pans. I don't trust the coating on the non stick pans and they always scratch up on me :P

So I'm probably killing myself by using oil with everything i stick in the pan to keep it from sticking
